this place is the best Snap i've ever seen in the twin cities - has everything and all the usual amenities plus more - very swanky. however when i entered i immediately smelled stinky feet & mold smells. it went away after a few, as my nose adjusted. the mold is tolerable as it's near the lakes - lake environ. but the stinky feet....maybe use better/changed mop water for the floors? like no bleach and mr clean/lysol instead? because of this smell inspite of the swanky i would put this snap as number 2 in the twin cities ive been to. and number one is still the one on the mpls st paul border across from the channel 5 studios on university...

This place is not clean, cold showers and terrible management.
E mail ad for 7.95 1st month.
Lets see how would you cancel before the next 30days without tricky charge of automatic 42d.

The management/customer service of this club is terrible!!! It's all nice and easy to sign up. But once you have a question or need assistance, be ready to be SNAPPED at:
1). Shortly after I signed up, my husband and I needed help to create accounts. We were at the desk waiting for over 15 minutes to no one available. All of a sudden, a lady got off her treadmill and walked over and started helping us, but her first response was "I felt a lot tension over here so I came. But move like the wind now." What kind of reaction is this?! I understand she's not the manager but she had access to the computer and it was alright for us to stand there being ignored for 15 minutes, but it's not okay for us to waste her precious time.
2). Once I canceled my membership, and had questions regarding billing, the manager was NOT very kind at all. He didn't even let me finish my question before snapping at me and said, "It's in your contract. You need to read it."
3) Whenever we called, hardly nobody was ever there to answer the phone. When we left a voicemail, we never received a call back.

The excelsior Snap fitness is fantastic. Staffed by wonderful people who are always eager to help. The facility is exceptionally clean even in the sloppy messy MN winters. A shout out to Shelly Crowell who is always on top of things!

Best small gym in town by far. It has a great monthly rate, plus you get the amenities of a five star gym being in Excelsior. The place is unbelievably clean and all of the staff are friendly and honest. I Love this place, it's family

I really appreciate the cleanliness, variety of equipment and how comfortable I feel going there. Eventhough this location is not the closest location to me, I drive extra to go here because of the overall environment. There are locker rooms, towel service, personal training and more.
