I have cancelled my membership once already due to customer service & never being able to reach someone by phone. I signed BACK UP after 2 years & I'm currently sitting at an empty desk. Waiting to get my fob. During the 1 hour they have someone here to help with that.... and yet nobody is here.

Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Decent equipment. Main complaint I have is it feels like 30 percent of time I go. They run out of water and you gotta use vending machine

I’ve been going to this Gym for almost 4 months and it’s always well cleaned, and when employees are present i’m always greeted. Great environment and perfect if you prefer less populated gyms.

My wife and I have had a membership here for about 2 and a half years. We are now moving out of Hastings and so we decide to cancel our membership. I was told that not only do I have to pay for 2 months membership fees, but I also have to pay a Club enhancement fee. In order to cancel, it is costing is over $140. I was happy with this gym until this. Just beware when you are ready to cancel!!

I have referred friends and family. It is always clean and the managers are friendly and approachable. I can contact a manager if I have a problem or a question. Snap Hastings also has a friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to come to on the most busy days and times. They do their best to keep the equipment up to date and add items they believe people would enjoy and find important to health and fitness. Snap Hasting also offers great free classes and other classes for a small price. There is something for everyone and every age.

New ownership has greatly improved the experience. Machines are new and facility is kept very clean. Each machine has a QR scan code that gets you to a training video for proper set up and use of that machine. A WiFi link to the internet precludes the need for using data minutes on your smartphone.
