This is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to, especially compared to other Snap Fitness locations I’ve tried. It’s always incredibly clean, and it even smells clean, no musty odors at all. I love that they use washcloths instead of paper towels to reduce waste.

For a smaller gym, they offer everything you could need. There’s plenty of equipment, so I’ve never had to wait for a machine. The motivating posters and thoughtful decor create such a positive, energizing atmosphere. It’s super well-organized, and they stay up to date with new machines and equipment. Nothing ever seems to be broken, which is a big plus.

I truly love this Snap Fitness in Inver Grove Heights. It is my favorite one by far.

Impossible to get hold of.
They don’t answer emails or phone calls.
I only wanted one month’s access so emailed to cancel immediately after signing up.
I’ve now been charged for a 2nd month and unable to cancel.
I’ve now had to get my credit card company to cancel future payments and lodge a complaint to get my money back.

I started working out for the first time since 2020. I felt welcome right away!

I like using the free weights and open space in the back. I also go during my lunch break, so it never feels crowded and I don't have to wait for my favorite cable and cardio machines.

Small gym. Rude Owner. Equipment hardly ever available and the owner works out on it as he's there so good luck being able to use anything during the day. Much better options in Inver Grove with better classes, bigger facilities and significantly better ownership. I hate that I'm forced to give it one star even. The area to use free weights is maybe the smallest I've ever seen in my entire life and thats even when the owner isn't using them, search for somewhere you'll actually be able to get a workout in rather than wasting your money here.

As stated in several other negative reviews, the ownership in my limited experience has been horrendous and attempts to cover up that fact by quickly creating positive reviews whenever someone posts their true experience. You’d think they’d want to take the good with the bad and not blatantly try to cover them up but rather get better. I feel for the people in the reviews who lost money here, looks like it goes back years. Will not be returning to a snap anytime soon.

I have documentation to prove that I asked the owner for my insurance reimbursement FIVE TIMES. Despite that, he never provided me with said reimbursement. Come to find out, from what I can see on the insurance end, he did process the paperwork and pocketed the funds himself. Apparently the insurance company was naïve to trust the business owner. Real class act, this guy. Furthermore, he's a jerk to his patrons and one of his machines gave me chronic knee pain for a year, which I hadn't realized was the cause until I left this dump.

This place will have a high spot on my hate list until I get my $220 reimbursement for 11 months of insurance payments - which will never happen because the owner is shady.

Also, I find it comical that this guy bribed patrons for 5-star reviews (yes, super immoral) on Google with cheap trinkets, and still has a rating below 4 stars. Everyone knows not to bother with a place that's below 4.2, so clearly he's doing something wrong.

I have been coming to the gym for three months and couldn't be happier with the new owners. Aaron cares about his members and wants to create a good/safe workout place for all. He also listens to his members and has added a many new pieces of equipment and makes sure existing equipment works fine. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a place to get fit.

Very comfortable atmosphere with the owner who is very helpful / personable, patrons all kind of do their own thing, I am never intimidated by the atmosphere of patrons.

Everyone there is respectful of each other's space, there is enough machines and free weights to be able to continue a workout even when busy.

Attaching a ton of pics of the inside for reference of equipment and facilities, a lot more than I thought seeing it only from the outside.

24x7 access rocks though it does get a night time rush, so expect their may be people around even at night, and one thing I need to put in caps:

DO NOT LET ANYONE IN YOU DONT KNOW FOR THE SAFETY OF GYM MEMBERS, IF THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE THEIR CARD, THEY CAN COME BACK WHEN THEY GET IT!!!

Please please please, this is a controlled access facility, dont be MN nice and hold the door open for thieves / vandals! I ran into obnoxious kids let in by a member once, the owner immediately took action but just don't do it!!!!!!!!

Hats off to the owner and patrons otherwise for a nice comfy little gym, earn a my 5 star stamp!

This is the first gym I've signed up for, because it's affordable and open 24/7. It's exceeded my expectations. Equipment has always been working, there's multiple restrooms, and even a tanning bed! Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, and they have every machine that I could dream of. I certainly recommend this gym!

This location has among the most equipment and amenities that I've seen at a Snap Fitness, especially for the somewhat limited space.

The treadmills with phone chargers built in (cords and all, no need to bring your own). Theres a huge variety of machines, a separate room for free weights, both an assisted and free weight squad rack (with nice safety lock options for those without a spotter). There's even a rad, seperate closed off room with a huge tv that you can select exercise videos to play from a kiosk on the wall.

There's 3 bathrooms, and the place is very clean.
If you love cancer, they even have a tanning room that does NOT cost extra. I've always seen them cost extra (whether at anytime fitness, snap, etc).

It's 2 miles further than my closest snap but I'll definitely be going here from now on.
