What a great gym! The space is always clean, and the equipment is in excellent condition. For the size, they have everything you could possibly need and more. The new owner, Adam, is fantastic, professional, easy to communicate with, and clearly cares about the members. I recently switched here and couldn’t be happier. The way this gym is maintained is truly top-notch. If you’re looking for a gym in the area, stop searching, this is the best one around!

I’d like to state that this gym is a wonderful place to exercise. Everything I’ve done there has been done towards progress: as I’ve lost 5-8 lbs. The new management has dedicated excellent care to the new equipment and it’s always clean.

The new owner has made some pretty awesome changes to the gym. It’s brighter inside now (more natural light!), better equipped and super clean. And the new owner is often onsite and accessible. Great gym!

The new owners Adam and Stacy are awesome people and they are making many improvements! Not the least of which is just a different atmosphere a different tone, a different attitude! They really encourage and incentivize me to want to go in and work out! I highly recommend doing yourself a favor and joining!

Worst location! No one answers the phone because nobody works at that location, impossible to get an access card (so don’t lose yours), they seem to only text you back when they want to. The worst customer service I have experienced.

Temp set to 74 was too hot for me. My favorite, rowing machine, had no functioning controls so I could not set the resistance. Otherwise a clean little gym. And I mean little.

This is the worst gym experience I have ever had. It was great when I was going there but as soon as I was moving and tried to cancel the membership it was impossible to get a hold of them. They have been charging my account for months and won’t return phone calls, email, and magically never seem to be there when I go there to try to settle it in person. Don’t go to this gym. You will regret the decision due to lack of customer service and their inability to help when you have concerns. As well as them answering quickly when you want to start a membership but when you have questions about your active one or want to cancel they are nowhere to be found!

There were quite a few machines that needed repair. I talked to the owner’s fiancé and low and behold the machines were fixed within a few weeks.

Lindstrom Snap is a trap. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for 2 months now to cancel my membership… they don’t have staffed hours probably due to the terrible management so it’s been damn near impossible to cancel. I would not recommend this or the east bethel snap fitnesses. Also half the machines at the Lindstrom location don’t work. Do yourself a favor and either go to Anytime or the Forest Lake Snap.

Have tried calling to stop my son's auto pays as he went into the military. He tried to cancel several times before he left and no response. I have left messages, no response. And the only time they are staffed is when most people are working. Poor customer service.

Same issue as many others. I have been trying to cancel my membership for almost a year now. Ignoring phone messages, texts and emails. No one is ever at the gym. Lost my badge so I cannot enter, worker literally ignored me at the window. I guess I will be seeking a lawyer to get advice on how to cancel my membership and recoup some of my money.

I have literally called, texted and emailed to cancel my membership! No one responds and now inbox to voicemail is full. I called my bank and put a stop to all future payments and submitted a dispute to this months. I’ve been trying to contact you since June.

I have been trying to cancel my membership and my husband's membership since January. The mailbox is either full or you don't ever get a call back when you can leave a voicemail and I bet you $10 no one will pick up the phone. They provide a number to text but no one responds to texts either. We have just been charged again for a 2nd unwanted month.

Decent facility, kind of expensive, more difficult to cancel than it needs to be. The phone number and email on their contact us page never respond. There is a sign on the front of the building that has a contact that responded right away. Get the contact number there.

Similar to others, I had issues cancelling a membership and the communication with the owner is terrible. You cannot cancel online, it must be done through the phone, and you never get a call back so it's almost impossible to cancel a membership. You'll call to set up your membership (don't worry, the owner won't answer the phone) and you'll leave a voicemail (if there is any space left if the voicemail box) saying you want to set up a membership. You'll get a return call within minutes and be on your way. Then, when you do the same process to cancel and leave a voicemail saying you'd like to cancel your membership, you'll never hear anything back, leave ton's of voicemails, and maybe if you're lucky you'll be back to stop getting charged a few months and million calls later...

I will tell you not to join. They continue to charge you after you give them 30 day notice, they have no concerns for their customers. The center is small and not well kept up, with old equipment. I wish I could give them a minus star for a rating. Please save your money and time and DON'T JOIN.

Stinky little gym, does what it's supposed to. They need to change the window and paint from back in 2012. This gym is slow to fix or upgrade but the staff is friendly, helpful and keep it clean.
