I've been a member there for 12 years. The staff keeps that place spotless. They have great equipment and update regularly
I've used snap fitness in five different places and Litchfield is the cleanest and the staff is great

Horrible how they act with there costumer they falsely acuss my friends I'm going to be getting rid of my membership

Added: I’ve noticed that most of the people who left comments today and yesterday are probably paid to do so. None of them ever addressed or apologized for the fact that my friends money was stolen. Eventually, they returned the money, but only after a long wait — which was completely unacceptable. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating.

They're calling 17- and 18-year-olds “childish,” but honestly, the owner is the one behaving immaturely. It seems like he even asks his friends to leave five-star reviews just to boost the gym’s rating. The reality is, it’s just a mediocre gym with poor management. Both the owner and the manager lack professionalism and don’t know how to properly run a business.

Addition: Anyone who regularly goes to the gym understands that people allowing in non-members is a huge problem for all gyms and this ends up costing those of us who pay. Letting in non-members is wrong no matter how you want to spin it and for those little kids, most who are cowards and can't name themselves, when you get caught there are consequences and bashing good people on Google is pretty childish and the large majority of members here know better and for those who are thinking about joining, this is the cheapest and best gym in Litchfield with the greatest owners, hard working and dedicated and the best, hard working staff around plus there's no long term archaic contract that you'll get trapped into like the other gym in town.

Where to start... Tami, Tracy, Halle are the most wonderful and welcoming people I've ever met, I am proud to call all 3 my friend!

This is the cleanest gym I've ever been to,
Rod keeps all the machines in top running order and when something breaks he's right on it and it's fixed at the most within a few days.

The people are like a small family, especially in the morning hours when I go, you can be serious, you can laugh, the fun is neverending and it's the highlight of my day to come to snap, I'm not sure whether to call snap my second home or my first, I'm there as much as I'm at home!

I couldn't recommend snap any higher, it's 10 stars in my eyes

Snap Fitness in Litchfield Mn is awesome !
If you really want to check out how awesome Snap Fitness in Litchfield is, just stop in during staffed hrs. And find out for yourself.
It's unfortunate now days, when people don' t get their way, how they can hide behind social media, and feel they can bash and say whatever they want to make themselves feel or look better.
I truly hope, these people find God.

They’ve falsely accused me twice of things, (one being theft of a card with zero evidence). They also have said that I let in a non member (someone that actually DID have a membership longer than I even had one). Got charged for entering the gym with that person. All around the manager of this gym seems to be very unintelligent, and holds grudges for being proven wrong.

I would rather work out underneath an overpass with homeless people because the owner of this gym does not care about the people who actually lift actively and would rather have a better online appearance then spend money on actual needed upgrades and repairs...

My advice, save 22 dollars a month and go to Anytime Fitness across town

Two things; First I had a gym membership through work that said it was qualified at snap and anytime, snap was a bit closer so I was going to go there then they tell me they don’t accept it because they don’t get money from it, when I contacted my membership program they told me they are offered there and the lady’s don’t know what they are talking about (lol clearly they don’t).. SECONDLY, my friend has a membership at snap that she pays for every month and because she hasn’t been there in awhile, they just deactivated her key card even though she is still paying monthly, and they told her too, if you don’t come we are just going to deactivate your card and then you’ll have to pay to reactivate it, even if you are still paying for your membership. HONESTLY HOW STUPID ARE THEY. This snap needs to find better workers, the gym itself is fine.

This establishment has been recently renovated. They offer a month-to-month membership and do not require any long-term commitment from their customers. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like a place to workout.
