Pros: The gym is always clean, parking is easy, it's in a convenient location, the ambient temperature is good for long cardio sessions, and the managers are friendly.

Cons: Just one, really. Not all of the cardio machines are maintained well. I've given detailed reports to the gym twice via email, and once in person. But none of those issues—some reported months ago—have been fixed as far as I can tell. One of the two upright stationary bikes has a broken seat, 3 of the 5 elliptical machines have mechanical problems (loose crank arms, malfunctioning incline, etc.), and about half of the treadmills regularly have belts that slip.

Summary: Overall, I can't really complain. I mostly go for cardio, so it would be nice if that equipment was maintained better. But the cost is low, especially with a health insurance reimbursement, and I'll probably stay here for a while. I can't speak for the weights and other equipment; I'm sure they're all fine.

It's a decent Snap location. No shower, no real changing room, no real squat rack or bench press. If you're in the area, it's good for a quick workout. Biggest concern to me are the many rules posted on each of the walls concerning cleanliness and gym etiquette. It seems a bit aggressive and unwelcoming considering the gym isn't that great. I counted 11 signs, many just repeating itself. I suppose they are there for a reason. Overall, I suppose it does the bare minimum. Would rather give this place 3.5/5 stars.

Nothing fancy about this place. No shower, changing room is in a storage closet. Small gym but it gets the job done, that's about it.

If you plan to terminate your membership with this guy, have thick skin because you become an enemy instantly upon request.
