The upkeep in this gym is awful. The gym is constantly out of supplies like cleaner and paper towels, and for some reason there's a 35lb and 40lb dumbbell missing for almost a year now. The 35lb was recently replaced, but still no 40lb. For $50-$60 a month this is a rip off, find a better gym.

My wife and I visit Plymouth every Christmas to see family and our gym in Missouri does not have a location nearby. I called them and they set up a temporary gym membership for $15 a week. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and I got to workout that day! Very friendly staff, adequate facility that had everything I needed, 24 key card access, and all for an affordable price. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting the area!

The gym has become run down and dirty. The equipment all sqweeks and needs a overhaul. You feel grunge and dirty working out there. This is not the same gym I signed up with. Looking for a new location
