My trainer Max Pflughoeft at Snap Fitness Prior Lake is outstanding. He has personalized a fitness plan for me that is challenging, fun, and most important so effective at producing results...If you are looking for a personal trainer who is very professional and knowledgable I can't recommend Max highly enough....he is the best!!!!!!

Fantastic gym with a great setup and a wide variety of equipment to choose from! The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival, and wrapping up my workout with the infrared sauna was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend!

The club is ALWAYS clean and the owners continue to invest in new equipment. The new red light sauna and incline treadmill are amazing. I would recommend Snap Prior Lake to anyone.

At 56 years old and having traveled or moved around America, I have been a member of many gyms. Snap Fitness in Prior Lake definitely ranks among my favorite. Not only is it well equipped, but the staff and clients are top notch. I feel so comfortable there. It’s clean, never overcrowded, and fits perfectly with my lifestyle. It’s not a fashion show or place to find a date, which I love - just regular folks getting healthy and living the good life. Thanks SF/24.

The gym is attached to a mall, with access doors from the parking lot and inside the mall. Inside the gym itself, there are no drinking fountains or bathrooms - they are located inside the mall. In order to use the bathrooms, you must take your access card and enter the mall through the other gym exit (interior mall access door) and the fountains are located just outside the Snap door. The bathrooms are there as well. I was here after hours, and the drinking fountains were non-functional - maybe because they only are functional during normal mall business hours. I had no water for the majority of my workout because I thought I could refill my blender bottle, but was unable to due to the non-functioning fountains. If you leave to use the restroom or to get water, you must have your access card OR YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUT. Overall, because of the fountains and bathrooms outside of the gym, this is my least favorite layout of a Snap gym. The interior of the mall is not illuminated at night, except for some lighting by the fountains and bathrooms, making it feel generally unsafe and creepy.

I called to find out more about a membership. The person on the phone encouraged me to come in and meet with someone. An appointment was setup to meet with David at 7pm. I received text messages verifying the appointment. We arrived in the club, but David did not show up.

Great gym! Scott and his team take pride in their gym and it shows as soon as you walk in the doors! They take the time to know you by name. Exceptionally maintained, very clean and sanitary, plus the members take pride in this gym as well and re rack their weights! If you are looking for a professional, friendly, and member oriented gym stop in to Snap Fitness in Prior Lake!

I am a flight attendant so I go to other snaps across the country and I would have to say this one is my favorite. There is someone always there cleaning equipment. They also just remodeled! Compared to other snaps I have been to this one is cleaner, newer equipment, and best set up.

Hey-have you seen the new remodel? It looks great! New paint, carpet, and signs are so nice. There's a few new pieces of equipment and a new arrangement of the equipment. I can't believe how nice this is and they were only closed down a short time. They're up and running again and it's beautiful! If you haven't seen it yet, you should really check it out.

I have been a member of this SNAP for several years. It's a great little place, the managers keep it clean, and it's always available to me. I have noticed recently that the disinfectant wipes haven't been in place that's why only four stars at this time. But the membership make it a great value.

Clean. Has most of the equipment you could think of or need for a solid workout. Only downside to this location is no showers on site. The owners Scott and Sheila are awesome. Super friendly and know a lot of the members by name. Makes new members feel very welcome!

I decided to give snap a shot since I recently moved to Minnesota, it was some what close to my place, and I thought I'd save a few bucks from going to one of the bigger gyms. I quickly realized I made a big mistake. Bare minimum equipment packed into an even smaller space that you can't even get around in once there's more then 5 people there.This place might cut it for some. But you'll very quickly out grow the equipment/space if you're serious about training. Don't keep wasting your money at this gym. For a few extra bucks you can get what you pay for and then some. Find one of the better gyms in the area and you wont regret it. And when you do decide to leave snap. ***DO NOT JUST COMMUNICATE THROUGH EMAIL ABOUT MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION** get the cancellation in writing and be sure to check your bank account the following month, (that they still aren't charging you.) They got me for 4 months. Hope this post detours anyone in the future who is on the fence about saving a few bucks or going down the road. another gym.

Love this Snap location!! The owners Tony & Shannon and their staff really work hard to keep us happy. They are constantly doing things to improve, keeping things clean, and they have equipment that I can't find at other Snaps...like the Lateral elliptical, fans for when you are running hard on a treadmill and you are desperate for a breeze and kettlebells! Kettlebells are awesome!
I have to say I appreciate the little things too like the flickering candles in the yoga room, the edgy red chandelier and the nicely decorated changing room.
