I have a USPA/IPL Nationals Drug Tested competition in July 2025 in Las Vegas. Jake at Red Wing Snap Fitness was all about making sure I stayed on my training program while I was here in Red Wing. This is my go to place while I am away from my home gym.

Open 24/7, affordable - compared to other local gyms, lots of options for equipment, friendly members, clean, spacious, sanitizer wipes placed all over, tanning bed (extra$), shower room, and W/M separate bathrooms. The owner, Jake, is the best of the best. He puts a different picture up of what it looks like to run a business, and it’s incredible. How much he cares about his members cannot be compared with.

if you're looking for a great workout I would look elsewhere. A lot of the equipment at this gym is worn out or has loose bolts that are a safety concern and are not fixed for months after telling management. On top of the safety concerns of unmaintained equipment you will be micro managed down to the point of almost harassment constantly by the staff on duty being told to workout less because it's hard on equipment, is this not what we pay a gym fee for? do yourself a favor and pay your $38 to a gym that wants to see you succeed.

I have been a member at Snap Fitness in Red Wing since the club opened in 2007. I stay because of Jake, his personal interest and attention to each member, his commitment to making the club the best that it can be is second to none. 24/7 access to this well appointed, expertly maintained, and extremely clean facility makes it the best option in town. Availability of video fitness programs, or in person training and classes is also appreciated.

It’s a small gym with a family feel. The manager is amazing and knowledgeable, he does whatever he can to help you with the lifestyle change and fitness goals you are working towards. There are also classes, from MMA and weight lifting to battle ropes and PiYO.

Great place to work out at, has improved significantly from current upgrades. Has a tanning booth, male/female bathroom. Open 24 houra. But i prefer Red wing snap has shower, tanning, side room to do kickboxing, apin class, own kiosk workouts, huge workout room with various work oit gear. And there is always someone there to assisit you. Love u Jake at Snap Red wing!! Red Wing Snap is a 5 star..

It's clean, not overly noisy with grunting and slamming weights. People are expected to put the weights back. In return the staff is always friendly and helpful and the owner goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone.
