I have been a member here for a little over a month. It's great! It is HUGE! Three floors so there is plenty of space for everyone. They have machines that are always in good repair with a good variety. The bathrooms are always clean, and the ladies is even stocked with free menstrual products and hair ties! Definitely recommend this Snap fitness location.
Update/edit: They do have a calf machine, it's on the 2nd floor.

3rd snap in 10 years. Recent one closed. Equipment is in great shape. Would be nice to see upstairs have more weights to clear the first level out. Something at this location not at the 2 others. People lack wiping down equipment at this location. Head sweat on a lot of it. Going to give mtka Blvd location a try.

Best SNAP I have ever been in, and I have been in a lot of them. Recently under new ownership and they too are fitness people/former competition body builders, so they "get" it. Tom has been there for years and is extremely proficient with fitness as well as being an outstanding human being. Members there (like myself), are extremely friendly, helpful and experienced as well. The gym has three levels and can accomodate all fitness styles from crossfit, aerobic, powerlift, MMA and more. There is a place for everyone at Robbinsdale SNAP, regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey.

Well maintained. Not too large, not too small. Good regular crowd. Has quieter times you can go and not feel too crowded. Cable machine can often be in high demand.

Wish the cable crossover wasn't blocked by the 2nd floor loft so you could do muscle ups.

The gym operates 24 hours, while the office hours vary. I will provide a review update after a few visits.

Update: The gym is fantastic! The staff is consistently friendly, and it's never too crowded. They maintain a clean environment diligently. Additionally, they strive to improve the equipment by adding upgrades when space allows. I love it!

Affordable and 24/7, which is a good fit for me. Not always staffed even during their stated "staffed hours", which was frustrating while trying to actually sign up, but once I had my access card I was happy. They offer a lot of services that I don't have any intention to take advantage of so I can't speak to those. No lockers, and the parking lot is unlit at night, so maybe keep your expensive stuff at home or with you.

I was nervous about going to a gym during COVID, but this place is great! It's 3 floors, each one the size of a basketball court. I usually work out on the top floor, and even during peak hours there are rarely more than 2 people up there.

This snap has all the standard equipment you would expect at gym plus kettlebells, boxing equipment, and a yoga/dance studio. This place has everything a mid level lifetime would have for half the cost and no commitment.

Staff is friendly and courteous, and overall during the pandemic it has clean and spacious with other members respecting each other’s personal space (COVID distancing practices) and disinfecting equipment after each use. Staff communication is great if you have a question or issue that needs addressing.

This is the biggest snap there is, three levels. My only issue is that the weight area is tiny. There is not much room to use free weights considering how much room the entire building is. The layout doesn't make much sense. It would be so epic If the weights took up the bottom floor and most, if not all, of the treadmills were moved to the top level.

(I GIVE ZERO STARS but I had to give something so I could post this) I signed up for a 30 day trial with Snapp Fitness in Robbinsdale in Mar of 2017. Because I did not cancel the membership Snap fitness has been automatically withdrawing 47.00 per month from my account. This has been going on for almost two years. They have taken $700, from me thus far. I went in and spoke with someone who said this happens all of the time. Some people haven't realized for five years.
Snap Fitness say's, I signed up for a trial and that it is in the fine print.
I completely understand that.
What I do not understand is why the 30 day trial would be set to AUTORENEW in their system. Why Would anyone signing up for a "30 DAY TRIAL" select AUTORENEW.
WORST OF ALL, The man in the picture above told me that this ALWAYS HAPPENS people forget and Snap fitness keeps the money rolling in.
The guy in the picture above also said he would speake to the manager about it. Come to find out HE IS THE MANAGER. Follow my twitter handle as I expose this place for the fraud that it is. If you care anything about people why would you take financial advantage of people. Oh and I went in on Aug 3rd to cancel the membership and they said they can't cancel it until October.

OH Yeah did I mention that I have not stepped foot in this GYM at all and they took $700 of my hard earned dollars.

As restitution I want ALL OF MY $700 back.

Feels like a full service gym there (like the Y or Lifetime) - compared to other Snaps. That is if you LIKE that sort of thing (I don't the older I am). It's also kinda cliquey. And no showers. But other than that - GREAT - and still 4 stars.

This is a great gym! In the 7+ years I've been a member, it's been consistently clean and the equipment has been well maintained. The gym is frequently refreshed -- new TVs or remodeled bathrooms, new paint. I appreciate how well it's managed. Having the 3 floors means it never feels very crowded. I love the free yoga class and have been paying for the group fitness classes for many months. David is the best gym manager!

The staff, Dave and Tom, are awesome. They go the extra mile and really get to know their clients. They listen to their members and try to accommodate all of their wants and needs. The facilities are well-maintained. I always feel safe and comfortable, regardless of the time of day I'm there. If a piece of equipment is ever out of commission, it is up and running within a day or two. The Snap Fitness in Robbinsdale is great, mostly due to the great staff!
