Always my "church". I learn, grow and accept things that do not change here. Not my most favorite gym, to be honest. I certainly would prefer a shower after working out. Being a self proclaimed gym rat, I have my preferences. However, I certainly can accomodate, at times. Thank you for your grace as I walked some of my darker roads these past two years. Laura is the wonderful owner of this gym, she keeps the gym in immaculate and clean condition. The gym has a variety of machines and free weights to choose from. This gym has incredibly fast stable internet.
