I have been with Snapfitness since 2015. I love it there very much because the place is clean and roomy, but until 1/4, I have been asked to leave the gym because Angelina and her co-owner Korbyn couldn't communicating with one another on behalf of their customer (me) because of her and her husbands fraud (shady!!!) investigating. This fraud investigating was on the news over the summer. I will try my best to explain why she kicked me out with no reason on my part anyway. So I have been do pre-pay 6months for the last 4 years because the discount I get. I also get re-imbursement from my employee $20/month after I show prove to them that I went to gym, and I did, almost every day. Sadly I know!!! This $20 check have been send to Snap Fitness every month and they deposit toward my account for the next 6 months when I re-new my pass. so when it times to renew my 6 months pass, I need to pay only the amount after my employee paid. It simple right!!! Not to Angelina!! she wants me to pay full amount for the next months and she said the money that she received, from my work it for the last 6 months. I told her its not how it works. I do the f****** pre-pay!!! I didn't say that. I was polite. I shouldn't!!. I regret that!! I guess she wants to steal from me too like she steal from others.
I have asked her to call Korbyn and talk to him about what we agreed and i have been charged already, but she refused, instead she called the police because I refused to leave.
I did leave though when the popo get there!!
On 1/1, korbyn told me the total amount with the new rates that he going to charge on my credit card after my employee paid.

Poor service, I make appointment at 6pm for someone to help me for my first time but they don’t show up ... I have to cancel my membership

They have really slipped on enforcing mask wearing. Especially at higher volume times. They have staff that walks around and talks to people without mask properly on. In unsupervised times I understand, but staff should be more proactive in having members wear masks correctly

They have not had 40 pound dumbbells at all for months. It'd be a 5 otherwise but what kind of gym doesn't have a full dumbbell set?

I posted this two weeks ago. Still no dumbells. I can keep this up.

Korbyn was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to my fitness goals! I have joined quite a few gyms all over the US and I was really impressed with the size of this gym. I also could not believe how clean and organized the gym was. I am now an enthusiastic Snap member motivated to reach my fitness goals under the leadership of Korbyn!!

The best deal around. Experienced staff with incredible leadership. Great atmosphere. Clean equipment. Clean restrooms and showers. Towel service. Group high intensity interval training included in membership at no extra charge and you can access the gym 24/7. This place is the best. Wish i had found out about it sooner.

Love this place! Korbyn and Jenna are great and very knowledgeable always have a smile and a positive attitude, it just makes you want to come to the gym. I had two other gym memberships when I made the decision to come to Snap and train with Ben. I now have one membership because honestly that is all I need. Ben is an incredible trainer he REALLY TRULY cares about his clients and their needs and goals. He truly listens to his clients and really only wants to help them reach their goals. Not to mention Ben is very flexible he really works on the clients time not his. I HIGHLY recommend Snap fitness and training with Ben!

I’m literally sitting in the Snap fitness parking lot because I need to write this before I forget! I cannot say enough good things about this gym. It is a smaller gym, but it’s perfect for me who is just now getting comfortable with going to the gym. Korbyn is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about him. I was so nervous coming into the gym because I am extremely self conscious and almost cancelled my membership because I was too scared to come in. Korbyn spent a good 30-45 minutes of his time one day to sit down with me and go over my fears, my goals, and what we can do to get me where I want to be. He gave me a plan for the gym, went over different things to do during my working. He also gave me specific days and times to come in where he knows he will be there if I need help or have questions. He knows everyone who walks through those doors as well which is very impressive! He has been there every day cheering me on, welcoming me into the gym, and is so encouraging! If I am not feeling it one day he is there to encourage me to come in and complete my work out. He has slowly added other exercises, to help me continue to build my strength. I cannot say enough good things about this gym and the owner. If you need a personal trainer I highly recommend him. He is so kind and patient, and he understands working out isn’t easy. For me, walking through those doors was one of the hardest parts and when I came in for my first work out, he gave me a high five for making it through the doors. He is so encouraging and just an overall very great gym owner and personal trainer. Highly recommend this gym!
The gym is small but it is very clean and has a good amount of different equipment and machines! If you’re looking for a great gym with good energy and great people this one is highly recommended!!

Snap Fitness in Shakopee is by far the best of any of Snap fitness I have went to. This gym has almost all the equipment anyone would need for their fitness goals. The husband and wife owners (Korbyn and Jenna) are knowledgeable, involved, do multiple fitness classes and are overall top notch! Highly recommend!

Shakopee snap has always kept their equipment up to date. The facility and bathrooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly and approachable. This is probably one of my favorite Snap Fitness I have been to.

This gym is awful! I have asked and been told that they have canceled my account yet they still charge me all they time at different time of the month for different amounts! Each time I call they say it is all and it wont happen again. Don't believe it. If you cancel be sure to cancel your credit card as well.

This gym is clean compared to other snap fitness locations. The only thing I would suggest is to add more cycle stations. Great for the weight lifters and cardio folk. There are showers located onsite in two out of three bathrooms.
