Such a great place, great staff and community. Leah went out of the way to help me with a problem while out of state. I really appreciate how well the place is ran. Mitchell was also very helpful and has gone out of his way to help me. I can't say enough good things about the people and quality of this establishment.

Inquired about a membership and texted with Ashley about setting up a tour. Her husband Adam was very pleasant when he met us for a tour. We learned him and Ashley are the franchise owners and are all about meeting people where they are with their fitness goals. He answered all questions and shared all the benefits that are offered along with the enhancements you can add to your membership. We are excited to start working out at this location!

I signed up for a membership and paid over $60 for it. It has been 3 weeks and I have been unable to even get in the door due to never getting access. I received an email from someone in management, responded and then got another one stating I didn’t reply. I emailed back that I have been unable to get ahold of anyone and have waited 2 weeks with no response. I tried going to the door during business hours as well as calling the phone number with no results. I wanted to support local business but worst customer service I have ever encountered and happy to say I will be driving to St. Cloud for better price and WAY better service.

Great management and workers. Just not enough equipment and it's just not this specific SNAP, It's all the SNAPs around here. Overall this place in specific is very clean. I like how they have a studio room
