I am a beginner in Pilates and extremely new to solidcore. I've been to three classes now and each class has been a great class. It is hard but they have awesome instructors like Monni and Sydney who were extremely patient and kind during class!
If you are a beginner it would be a good idea to complete the recommended 3-5 intro classes before signing up for the other courses. I do wish they had more time availability for the into classes.

Such a good workout and one of the best classes for postpartum. Itβs helped get my core back after baby! Highly, highly recommend if you're looking to get your body back or just want a good workout. Youβll feel amazing after leaving this place!

I've been to 7 classes with 4 coaches here and I'm so glad. The coaches and front desk staff are very kind and helpful and the equipment is well maintained. It's a very tough workout, but they make it doable and I feel so strong after!

Grace is a really great instructor, observant, present, positive and inspirational. She really helped and corrected our form in class and I'll definitely be back to try a few more intro50 before fully jumping in. I've been taking pilates for two years and am looking forward to changing things up a bit which I think solid core offers! I like how fresh and upbeat and lively the energy was, not stuffy like classical pilates can sometimes be even though I do love classical as well. The sweat Lana machine was challenging and solid and I also like the spring changes Grace choose for me. I have also taken a class with Skyler and she was also upbeat, fun and a fantastic instructor

I signed up for a 2 week unlimited pass and they charged my credit card close to the price of the class for not attending. I was not informed of this charge by anyone. Talk about taking advantage of a new customer, and customer service is poor as I have not heard from them after 3+ calls and a voicemail. The classes were as expected- challenging and upbeat. Enjoyed the workout, but not worth the money and the hassle. Be careful what you sign up for!

I've done several classes now with Layla B. and she is AWESOME! She great at helping me make adjustments, is very motivational, and funny too. Her workouts are killer, I'm always sore in the best way. 10/10, highly recommend!!!

I always look forward to my [solidcore] workout! I know I am going to be sore the following couple days, but it is so worth it. The instructors are motivating, friendly and helpful (especially since Iβm pretty new to Pilates).

Absolutely LOVE it! All the coaches are awesome. I've been to both studios and love them both. They do special event classes that always end up being super fun. The vibe is super upbeat and fun. I have become so addicted and definitely recommend it. I've never experienced a workout quite like it.

Iβm a huge fan of the solid core workout - as a lifelong athlete finding workouts that are consistently challenging is not easy- this workout does not disappoint. Whether itβs your first time there or your 150th time there it will challenge you to be a better version of yourself!

By far the most effective 50 minute workout out there. My muscles are still shaking and I finished the class two hours ago. I just recommend getting some socks with grips on them since the machines can get slippery and hard to balance when youβre all sweaty. Will be coming back!

I visited the [solidcore] located in Maple Grove, MN on its first day open - Saturday, Feburary 22nd. This was my first time taking a class at [solidcore] and my first time doing pilates. I had a few concerns going in because I have had back surgery twice so I need to be extra careful with my back. My experience at [solidcore] was awesome! Candice Jones was my coach and she was not only extremely motivating but also very attentive to ensure each student in the class had correct form. I would love to take a class with her as the coach again. I enjoyed [solidcore] because it was like nothing I have ever done before & really works the little muscles. My only deterrent is cost - but I do believe it is very comparable to other gyms.
