Candice and Reanne are the best! I supplement my other workouts with Solidcore 1-2x a week, and I've seen a significant increase in my core and functional strength.

great workout classes but they need to start requiring socks!!!! And also provide wipes for the machines that are WET and actually sanitize the machines. These classes are too expensive to have to worry about sanitation issues. There are multiple reports of people getting ringworm and fungal infections on their FOREARMS from solidcore. Solidcore needs to change their cleaning policies to adapt.

Just had my first class doing the starter50 with Cort, and I can’t wait to do more!

I have had a hernia surgery and the idea of a “Solidcore” workout was intimidating, and I will admit it is challenging but in the absolute best way. I felt very included and able to make modifications, Cort was great at supporting me and everyone there, explaining the movements, and above all making the class fun and a great experience for everyone.

I definitely think it is best to do the starter 50 to get familiar with this type of workout and graduate to the signature 50 when you feel ready, this place is an amazing way to challenge yourself and feel excited to do more! Thank you for a great experience!

Such an awesome location! Solidcore is a really incredible workout, within minutes you’re going to be sweating. It’s similar to how Yoga Sculpt classes are a more intense version of traditional yoga, Solidcore is like a more intense version of reformer Pilates!

The entire workout, there’s amazing house/pop music playing. They play it loud enough where you can’t really hear any of the noises the reformers make or if you’re breathing loudly. There’s also low lighting with blue LEDs that make for a cool atmosphere. The music and the lighting are fun, but also dual as a way to kinda mask how sweaty and tired you are since no one can hear you or see you!

The instructors have such a good balance between offering accessible modifications and also pushing you to get your best workout. Every exercise they’ll tell you how to make it easier or harder. I’ve mainly done classes with Cort at this location, and he’s an awesome instructor that helps with modifications and making form corrections, but pushes you to be your best. The atmosphere is very inviting and friendly!

10/10 recommend this location. You’re going to work hard and have fun while doing it.
