Not only is Sarah a fantastic trainer, but she has also created an incredible, supportive, and welcoming community. From beginners to experts, everyone is welcomed in, treated as part of the group, and supported along their journey. She takes the time to get to know everyone and their unique needs to she knows when it's time to push us a bit out of our comfort zones, or when it's time to support us and modify to take care of ourselves. I have been part of Spitfire Fitness for over a decade, and am a better person both mentally and physically because of it!
