Wow! I can’t say enough good things about the talent and knowledge this studio has to offer. If you are pregnant or even if you are not, this is the place for you in regards to the most knowledgeable Pilates movement guidance in the twin cities for women! Natalie is phenomenal, so well versed in movement correction and her ability to see and help accommodate fascia and muscle issues/imbalances/old injuries is so amazing! I wish I had found her a year ago but I am so greatful to have found her guidance since the beginning of my pregnancy. Natalie is super kind, helpful, insightful and encouraging. It’s really to be privately instructed by someone who really knows what they are doing and makes a plan for you as an individual in each session. For example, today I was feeling crunched and less mobile than desired. After our session my joints feel so happy and lengthened, I wish I could take a private session every weekday! That’s how good I feel after!! Thank you Natalie! So gifted!

Working out at St Paul Pilates for years has been one of the best decisions I've made. Natalie and all the other instructors I've experienced are terrific, they know how to design workouts to your needs and introduce interesting tweaks. Besides known for their tremendous skills, they are wonderful human beings, full of compassion and love.

I haven't missed a day of work since I started seeing Natalie and doing pilates 5 years ago. She was like the user's manual I never got with my human body. She pushed me just the right amount and not too much. Pilates has a gracefulness to it that makes it easier to do than most other fitness classes I have taken.

I was about 7 weeks pregnant when i met Natalie. I was just done with a 4 month physical therapy for my back pain. tried prenatal yoga at a difference place, and my back got worse. After private classes with her, my back felt its best in years. my pain was gone and i had a wonderful pregnancy, labor experience. now, we are focusing on my postpartum recovery and people tell me I look great and ask me how i did it. In addition, my husband had phy. the. for his knee. She helped him more than the phy. therapist did. My mother has a million problems with her knee. She will eventually need surgery, but Natalie is helping her to delay the surgery as much as possible with right exercises. She is VERY good at her job. she knows how body works and gives you the best exercise your body needs. She has an excellent personality that you will wonder what you have done so good that you had a chance to meet her and she is an outstanding pilates instructor.
