ME Studio has been a great fit! I participate in twice-weekly, semi-private training sessions with Coach Alan, who is awesome! After an initial assessment and talking about long-term fitness goals, he created a customized workout plan that is building my strength and stability. He’s incredibly knowledgeable while being motivating, attentive, encouraging, and non-judgmental. The studio itself is airy and welcoming - I immediately loved the positive, inclusive vibe that I haven’t experienced at other gyms/studios. Highly recommend!

I love this place! Everyone is so welcoming! The space is well equipped with free weights, TRX, kettlebells, barbells and so much more. The coaches are rock stars! Special shout out and knuckle bumps to Coach Elliot, Lindsay has the patience of a saint, and Megan heas a heart if gold. This is a gym that rivals the likes of Los Campeone's and Southside Athletic. I walk out feeling like I got exactly what I came for!

I joined Studio ME this past August, seeking a focused approach to strength training, and I am thrilled with the results so far. I participate in semi-private strength sessions twice a week, and it has been the perfect fit.
I work with Coach Elliot ~ he’s great! He’s knowledgeable, attentive, motivating and non-judgemental. My workouts are specifically designed for me, based on where I'm at in my current strength journey, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m training with the goal of building strength to return to marathon running without injury, and I’m feeling like I’m on the right path!

I checked out Studio Me based on the promise of small group training and an onsite physical therapist. At the time I had bad tendonitis in both ankles and was struggling to walk by the end of most days at my active job. After a year of small group training with Coach Chelsea and using PT exercises recommended by Dr Bailey, I will occasionally forget why I even needed help in the first place! My ankles are 99% pain-free, and obviously I have seen other strength and fitness gains from a consistent exercise routine as well. I also have a connective tissue disorder and struggle with pain and bruising, which has kept me out of other types of group fitness classes due to the many modifications I'd have to make for myself. With the small group training, I know my coach has already thought about the modifications I'll need, and I just get to go in and enjoy a class that's customized to suit me. I'd recommend Studio Me to anyone, but especially anyone who's been frustrated in the past by a one-size-fits-all approach that doesn't fit them.

I have been going to PT at Studio Me Fitness for the past 2 months and it's been great! I initially went because of an acute lower back pain as I was getting started to train for a Half Marathon. I see Dr Bailey every other week or so. She prescribes different types of exercise to help me get stronger at home and we've been doing some dry needling (first time for me) which has helped with reducing the pain significantly. I don't have any back pain anymore and I've been able to consistently run this summer!

I started about 4 months ago at StudioME. I came in with some specific weakness and pain issues and felt apprehensive about how I could exercise safely. Since then I’ve been working twice weekly with Chelsea. She is exceptional. I’ve noticed a true change in my physicality. She is incredibly attentive and able to modify any movement in the moment for however my body is feeling. I really can’t believe how much stronger I’m feeling and how much less I hurt in my day to day life. She somehow knows just when to push and when to tell me to rest. I feel genuinely excited every time I walk in the door for my sessions with Chelsea. She is worth every penny.

StudioME is hands down the most positive, inclusive, and physically productive gym or anything I have ever experienced. The ownership, staff, and all the members care about each other and it is displayed every day. StudioME has guided me through realizing how important it is to stay healthy and strong while also carrying ZERO judgement on where each individual is. Everyone comes in and smiles every day. Please contact them for a meet and greet tour. You will not be disappointed.
And..they have free parking.

Three years ago, I moved to Minneapolis and decided it was finally time to start working out. I’d never been to a gym before and was a bit apprehensive, but from day one, everyone at Studio ME made sure I never felt out of place. The environment is incredibly welcoming, everyone is helpful, supportive, and genuinely wants you to succeed. Both coaches and fellow patrons are a gem.
A huge shoutout to Billy and Luke, who were the perfect coaches. Thanks to their guidance, I made significant strides in my fitness. The complementary boxing from Chelsea, rowing, and outdoor activities kept things exciting and helped me build both confidence and consistency.
Honestly, I’ve never felt better and the glint in my wife’s eyes every time I take my shirt off? That’s just the cherry on top!
Studio ME had such a positive impact on me that my wife ended up joining too. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a community.

Studio me has changed the way I view working out! It is no longer intimidating and something I dread. I started at Studio Me a couple months ago, and everyone was super welcoming and supportive. There's a real sense of community at the gym that's fostered by the staff and the activities they run beyond just the classes and workouts.
The semi-personal training was exactly what I was looking for, working with a trainer to design a routine just for me, and having continual input on that routine and how it evolves, while still being in a small group setting.
Knowing there is easy access to a physical therapist has also given me confidence in my recovery from older injuries as well as confidence to push myself in training.

I’ve been going for about a month and a half now and have coupled PT with therapeutic massage and core strengthening. Ive maintained the 3 daily exercises Bailey assigned me and usually do dry needling with TENS during our sessions. I have already noticed improvements in my mobility and my pain in the last few days has hung around a 0-3 out of 10. Before PT, it was pretty consistently a 7 or 8. Bailey is extremely talented with dry needling and I can literally FEEL that she knows what she’s doing. The placement has to be so precise and I can always tell she’s hit the spot I have the most tension/pain in. She’s also extremely
knowledgeable and well versed in muscle groups/areas the body tends to hold pain. It’s been a great experience so far!

Studio ME and semi-private coaching are exactly what I need at this time in my life. I had fallen out of a workout routine and was nursing an injury. With semi-private coaching my workout is tailored to my needs and goals and my coach is available for questions, to provide feedback on my form and to modify my workout as needed based on how I am feeling that day. The accountability has been critical for me - there have been some days when I would have skipped the gym if my coach was not expecting me to be there. Highly recommend!

I was dealing with neck and back pain, and she took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, actively listen to my concerns, and explain everything in a clear and reassuring manner. What stood out most was how she personalized my care—she thoughtfully incorporated targeted exercises into my coaching program to address the pain areas directly. I have been experience some sciatic pain and Dr. Bailey pulled my appointment forward to get me in sooner.
I find Dr. Bailey extremely easy to talk to, very thorough, mindful and experienced in her approach. She performed some dry needling on me and I could almost feel instant relief.
I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bailey to anyone in need of physiotherapy. I feel 100% safe in her care and feel her service is second to none. She provided me with a range of exercises to practice at home which I can do in the office or in the bed if I am feeling discomfort. I’ve been going to StudioMe for probably 6 years, with a pandemic gap year. I love that I show up for class and the coach has a workout all programmed. Because I do the Boot Camp two mornings a week, I have a group of regular gym buddies, which feels comfortable and not intimidating. The studio mixes it up with different challenges, team competitions, special events. One winter I switched out of Boot Camp for semi-private lessons to train for a ski event. I like their willingness to build a program to meet my personal goals.

I’ve been doing StudioMe’s small group “bootcamp” as well as Saturday classes for just over a year, and I love it! It’s so nice to show up a few times a week, have a workout planned for me, know I’ll see the same group of people, and get a quality workout in. If you’re someone who usually dreads working out, StudioME is the place that will change your mind! I’m not a gym person by any stretch, but the trainers here are simply amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and they genuinely meet you where you’re at, be it through fitness coaching or private training. They never push you beyond your limits, but instead, encourage you in ways that make you want to keep going.
What really stands out is how welcoming the atmosphere is; there’s no judgment, just a sense that everyone is there to feel their best. The trainers take time to understand your goals and challenges and adjust routines in ways that feel manageable, which has been huge for me as someone who feels intimidated by fitness. Every session feels like progress, and I leave each time feeling accomplished rather than overwhelmed.
StudioME has really shifted my perspective on working out, and I’m actually excited to keep coming back! For anyone who feels hesitant about the gym scene, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I have been a member for 9+ years, which says a lot! When I was doing PT in preparation for shoulder replacement surgery, the PT said she had not worked with someone my age (close to 60 years old) as strong as I am. That’s thanks to Studio Me! During my 12 week recovery from surgery, the Studio Me staff checked in on me intermittently and then arranged for personal training to work in concert with my PT to regain strength, mobility, and stability. I am on the road to full recovery and and am aiming to deadlift 250 lbs by summer and hit an a PR in squats and bench press. All thanks to Studio Me coaches’ talent, care, and individualized approach to motivation and setting and achieving goals, even if they are seemingly small goals or general goals to be healthy or fit. My two times a week semi-private sessions with Coach Chelsea (the nicest person in the world) have helped me mentally and psychologically, as well as physically. She helps me track my blood-pressure and would also assist with weight management if needed. My exercise package included an on-site appointment with a top-notch physical therapist who identified areas of my body which needed strengthening as I look forward to playing pickleball (which I was hesitant about due to two knee replacements.)

I have been attending the 45-minute group workouts three times a week at Studio Me for about two months. It has been amazing! I used to go to the gym three to four times a week and spend hours there (I was a powerlifter). However, I no longer have the time to do that and I was only going to the gym maybe once per week. Since starting at Studio Me, I have consistently attended my workout sessions and been able to maintain my previous strength levels. The community has been so encouraging and everyone who works there is extremely nice and knowledgeable. When I joined Studio ME six months ago, I had a clear goal in mind — get strong enough to keep up with my Colorado friends in the mountains of East Greenland. By committing to twice weekly bootcamp classes, I strengthened all the muscles that I would use for climbing and skiing. Adding on some RowEndurance classes helped me build up my cardio tolerance and taught me to pace myself. My coaches (esp. Sami) took the time to teach me how to lift and why it was important, while all my peers were encouraging and welcoming.
All of this programming and support made a huge difference when it came time to ski tour in Greenland. For multiple days in a row, we spent 8-10 hours daily in the backcountry— climbing uphill for elevation gains between 2,000 and 3,000 feet and traversing from 7 to 10 miles each day, with a few epic ski descents in between. There is no way I would’ve been able to sustain this level of activity and effort without my training at Studio ME. Thank you to the whole community!

I can't recommend Studio me enough! I’m currently taking semi-private lessons and regular classes, but over the 4 years that I’ve been a member, I’ve done bootcamp and the 12 week program as well. Prior to finding StudioMe, I bounced around a few places, but never found a place that made me comfortable and interested in continuing to work out.

I've been a member of StudioME since the spring of 2015, and in December 2023 I started working with the Studio's in house physical therapist Dr. Bailey. I injured my left shoulder and began working with Dr. Bailey to understand what was injured and how to rehabilitate it. What I believed was a shoulder injury actually encompassed muscles in the neck, shoulder and lats down to my mid back. Dr. Bailey and I met regularly over the subsequent months and uncovered and rehabilitated the major and minor muscles that were injured. We used a combination of dry needling with electrical stimulation, stretches and weighted exercises that evolved over time. A combination of in person sessions, collaboration between her and my incredible trainer Coach Alan, and at home therapy exercises healed and repaired everything by early April 2024. I'm very happy that Dr. Bailey joined the studio and is readily available for anyone who goes there. If you are looking for a gym and have experienced injuries in the past then I highly recommend StudioME because of the incredible and talented fitness coaches and the accessibility to Dr. Bailey.
I've been a member of StudioME since the spring of 2015, and in May 2023 Coach Robin, Coach and owner Megan and Coach Sammy organized an impressive and well planned power lifting competition for studio members. Robin is my coach and he developed an excellent training regimen that I followed for the months leading up to the competition, and this prepared me to perform at my best, and even better than I had thought was possible. Before the competition they recruited volunteers to help change weights and adjust bar positions during the event, recorded and distributed videos to explain proper form for each lift, and provided detailed guidance on what to bring to the event (food, drinks, what to wear). During the competition they lead every lifter through a comprehensive warm up, and made everyone feel great after every attempt on each exercise (squat -> bench -> deadlift). Awards were given to the top lifters at the conclusion of the event, and everyone felt proud for participating. They perpetuated the great atmosphere that you can find every day in the studio. I booked a physical therapy appointment for knee pain that just wasn’t going away. Dr. Bailey was very attentive to my needs and listened to all my concerns. She spent a full hour with me, performing assessments and identifying the root cause then took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I understood the exercises and what to expect in my treatment plan.

I have been a member of Studio Me since May 2020. I go (almost) every morning and it is one of my favorite parts of the day. StudioMe is a very special place. Yes, it is a gym and ultimately, one goes there to work out, but it is also so much more:
- There is a community of trainers there that meets you where you are in your journey overall and in your journey that particular day. My workouts are designed for me, with my goals, needs, and limitations in mind.
- If I need support in understanding my nutritional needs (who doesn’t?), there is an excellent program for that.
- There is also a community of members there. Members who cheer you on, support you, and sweat alongside of you.
- If my body retaliates against me with aches and pains, Dr. Bailey, Studio Me’s Physical Therapist, is on site and can help with PT exercises, cupping, or dry needling.
- Studio Me even has a line of super greens (my favorite), pre-workout, protein powder, and other supplements.

It's a great mix of cardio, strength, and stretching/flexibility, done in a way that's both challenging and safe. I'm making progress toward my goals, and I really enjoy the workouts. First gym I've been at or trainer I've worked with where I'm working hard and adding muscle but not getting so fried at the gym that I can't enjoy taking a bike ride, walking my dog, etc. the following day. Also, they're great about asking about other fitness goals such as sleep or nutrition and then checking in and supporting you with those goals as well. Really good place!

11/23 UPDATE: this review is for the physical therapist at Studio ME, Dr. Bailey Van Oosbree. I broke my wrist and partially tore a tendon in my shoulder and went to my clinic’s physical therapist faithfully for three months with no progress. After taking a few months off I decided to try private PT with Dr Bailey. After just 1 month I have made tremendous progress. My pain has declined significantly and my strength and range of motion has increased dramatically. Dr. Bailey spends much more time with me than the clinic’s PTs, and because I have a high deductible, the cost is about the same anyway. I walk to their location, but if you have to drive, the first 90 minutes of indoor parking is free. Highly recommend!
UPDATE: I've now been a member at Studio ME for seven years, and still love it! The new location in Nordhaus is fantastic and the free covered parking is a huge bonus. Without Studio ME there would be no way I would be working out a minimum of two times a week. Being a member gives me the accountability I need to stay consistent. I really like how experienced the trainers are - they know how to push without causing injuries. Highly recommend Megan and crew!

I just finished my first three weeks at studio me with the foundation class taught by coach Abby. It is clever to dedicate the first three weeks of training to giving us all solid bases. The instructions were clear and Abby kept us motivated. I am looking forward to moving on to bootcamp.
The locker room is inviting, clean and organized. It might be silly but I appreciate that there are hair ties and pins available. The workout space is bright and spacious.

I am a newbie and I am impressed with the personal trainers, the physical therapy, classes, and work outs. I joined StudioMe in November of 2022. I was in a bad car accident 4 days after joining and wasn't able to work out for 4 months. The owner, Meagan, was nothing less than amazing. She put my membership on hold and allowed me to return when I was able. Joining was one of the best decisions I have made in years! I love the semi-private sessions. My coach, Sami, is the best! I just finished up the 4 weeks foundations and I’m in my second week of BootCamp, and my body is already feeling better than it did when I walked in a little over a month ago. I have been working in the restaurant industry for 10+ years so I’m always on my feet, with some physical activity/heavy lifting, and I used that as my excuse for not joining a gym. UPDATE: Almost a year later and I felt that I needed to update my review. First and foremost, the amount of physical and lifestyle progress I have seen in the last 12 months has been incredible. I have lost close to 80lbs with the Studio ME team, completely revamped my eating through their nutrition program, and have regained so much of my strength from my college athlete days.
Recently, I went through the ME12 Program that is offered through Studio ME and the results were life-changing. My strength and conditioning have never been as sharp as they were at the end of this program. All of my lifts went up in weight tremendously, and I went from never having done a pull-up in my life to getting 4 in a row. On top of all of this I am mentally clearer, wake up earlier, have more energy, and just overall feel better throughout the day. I would highly encourage ANYONE to reach out to the amazing team at Studio ME Fitness.
ORIGINAL: Studio ME Fitness has been a wonderful experience since Day 1. Throughout the entire process the team there has gotten to know me, my goals, my strengths, and my weaknesses. With that knowledge they have put together a plan that is tailored to my specific needs and as a result I have seen huge progress in a relatively short amount of time. This review is long overdue, but I wanted to take the time to share my great experience at Studio ME. I began in September 2022 with the 12 Week Transformation program. It was my first time to this gym, or any gym for that matter, in a very long time, but I was 100% dedicated. And for anyone considering this specific program, I would advise you to know that you will live and breath the transformation program in its duration, so make sure you are dedicated, as well.
That said, unfortunately I was unable to finish the program. I wound up with a debilitating injury that took several months to heal. so I had to drop out. It was devastating. And before you ask, no, it wasn't due to any result of the program. In my case, it was a weird rib anomaly, totally to do with my own body structure. In fact, for any injuries, sensitivities, aches, or sores that you may be experiencing, your trainer will be able to accommodate that and come up with fantastic, equally challenging exercises.
My trainer was Billy, and I couldn't recommend him more. I have always been so nervous about working directly with a trainer, but he made me feel so comfortable within even just a day, and by the end of my first week, those nerves were totally gone. He is encouraging but not pushy, pays close attention to his clients, and is an overall fantastic trainer. Megan, who owns the studio (I'm not sure if she does any training anymore or no), makes sure to regularly check-in with studio clients, organize studio events, and just keeps the positive atmosphere really going.
And for results? I completed about 2 months of the transformation program. For my biology, I didn't see a lot of weight loss quite yet or inches off the waistline - I was sort of right on the precipice - but holy moly did I gain a much of muscle strength. I was accomplishing things I didn't really think were possible. For how out of shape I was, the growth was remarkable.
The sad news for me is that I am now moving too far away to be able to attend this studio any longer even though I am now healed. I have been looking around the area I am moving to and keep comparing everything to Studio Me, and can only hope I find such an awesome gym or studio in my new location. If you're on the fence about joining Studio Me, I would urge you to definitely set up a consultation and check it out, at least.

I've been a member of Studio ME for just over four years and have enjoyed every minute. I initially was looking for a gym that offered classes that incorporated kettle bell training, which lead me to Studio ME and I haven't regretted that decision.
Most recently, I have been taking semi-private training with Coach Robin. At the beginning of the year I gave Coach Robin my goals, which would incorporate more strength training. With his guidance I have set PR's in my bench, squat, and deadlift, all while staying healthy and getting a good variety of other training such as rowing, kettle bells, and mobility work. In addition, classes are fun and something I look forward to attending.
I've also found that Studio ME is more than just a gym, it's a community. The coaches are very supportive of everyone in the gym. In addition, the members help support each other which is something I truly appreciate. I started here in August after over 10 years of inconsistent workouts. I took the foundations course to try things out and get a feel for the environment. I'm currently taking the bootcamp class twice a week and I freaking love it. Coach Sami will get you to put in WERK! The coaches guide and train you up in a way that is safe so you don't get injured by giving modifications and making sure you have good form. The members are friendly and respectful of one another. I appreciate the community they nurture in the gym and outside of the gym by having volunteer events or group activities such as hiking, or the fundraising events such as Run/Row/Drink to raise money for families in need. I highly recommend Robin De Castro after training with him for the last six months. Age and time had limited my ability and enjoyment to golf, ski, and bike at a high level due to lower back pain. Before considering any medical procedures, an orthopedic sport surgeon recommended strength training first. It took two years, but I finally took the advice. Studio ME has been an amazing find in my neighborhood. After taking off over 2 years from the gym, Studio ME was able to customize a great plan for me and pair me with the best trainer, Chelsea! There is no pressure from the staff and everyone knows your name and greets you with a smile.
Chelsea has been a great coach for me: patient, positive, consistent, and a good communicator! I've been doing 1:1 trainings with her for almost 5 months and feel so much stronger every day.

UPDATE: I have now been with Studio ME for over 7 years years now! I love the functional workouts and how the things we focus on keep me flexible and strong. I had shoulder surgery a couple years ago and Megan worked with and supplemented my physical therapy schedule and helped me achieve full recovery. Many others must like the Studio Me approach since we are now in a brand new awesome (and larger) location. Check out the new location and give Studio ME a try!
I have been working out at Studio ME for 2 1/2 years now and I can say I am in the best shape I have been in for years. The variety of classes and the way Megan always changes things up keeps it interesting, contributes to all around fitness, and keeps me injury free!

I've been coming to Studio for years and it's been a great fit for me. I appreciate the focus on strength training (which has had the biggest impact for me physically) as well as the small class sizes, personable trainers, and variety of workouts which keep me engaged and coming back.

Studio Me and the entire crew and community are amazing. The close proximity to downtown Minneapolis so I could do classes right after work is what got me in the door. But over the past few years, working with Megan, and having a dedicated coach to help me achieve my fitness goals has been what keeps me going! The community of people and the coaches (Andy/Chelsea you rock!) are all fantastic!

I recently retired from a sedentary career and was looking to make some positive life changes. My daughter-in-law (a 1 year StudioME member) suggested that I look into joining StudioME for guidance in getting myself in better shape. I started a 3 month private training program, 2X a week with Coach Andy right before the holidays. So glad I made that decision. I'm taking it slowly and loving that I'm noticing changes in my strength, stamina and flexibility, plus the bonus of my clothes fitting a little better! Getting myself into a fitness mindset and routine has been awesome. I just extended my private training for another 6 months. I really appreciate the approach at StudioME - a friendly staff and owner, who care about my results and work with me to ensure that I'm getting the guidance and support I need to succeed.

StudioME has been a life saver during this crazy time! When things shut down Megan (the owner) immediately brought all the classes online with Zoom. AND made all the classes work with whatever you had at home, whether all you've got is you own body or if you've got weights, kettle bells, rowing machines, etc., options are provided in each class so it works for everyone. The coaching staff is Awesome and the classes are challenging--in a good way--so you really get a work out!
I can't speak highly enough about StudioMe, the staff, the workouts, and the community that she has built!
It's not like any other gym I've known. When you become a member you get signed up with one of the coaches. They can help you set goals and are available to reach out to with questions or when you want to re-set your goals, it's awesome! I became a member almost 2 years ago. I love that you have to sign up for the class times because helps me stay accountable to myself and show up. And you really get a good workout, something I just don't achieve left to my own devises.
I loved this place before the pandemic but during it with all the emotional ups and downs that have come with this weird time it has been SO helpful to be able to keep moving my body and has helped me stay balanced.
Not only did Megan and her coaches bring all the classes online they also started providing OnDemand workouts that you can do any other time of the day. I can't wait till we can all get back in person but until then I am so happy to be able to continue to workout at home and feel like I'm really getting a workout. If you're looking for a change in the new year, or anytime, I highly recommend checking it out!!
One other thing I love. The members are a variety of ages, genders, and body types, real people just wanting to get it done :)

I stumbled across Studio ME Fitness almost 3 years ago to the day when searching for a new fitness place that was close to home, offered a variety of exercise class types (strength, flexibility, stamina, & restoration), and offered small group classes. I love that the coaches have diverse fitness knowledge; the class types provide a full spectrum of exercise intensity; and the members include a variety of ages, body types, and athletic abilities. The options for virtual and outdoor classes during the pandemic this past year have allowed me not to skip a beat in my personal fitness routine. On top of being a top notch fitness studio, the community bond and goodwill that Studio ME Fitness represents is fantastic.

I don’t even know where to begin to tell you how much Studio Me virtual classes have impacted my life! I was so incredibly busy with work and my kids and I was not consistent with exercise and I could really feel how much that was taking a toll on me. My stress levels were high and I felt very low energy. I needed to try something new and have a community virtually. I reached out to Megan to see what her studio could offer. It’s been the best decision! Studio me virtual classes changed my life. I have been taking 3-5 classes a week and I can’t believe how different I feel. I have gained so much strength, energy, stress levels are low. I feel like a brand new person. The instructors and other members are the greatest and I have accountability partners. I love Studio Me!!

I found Studio Me through a simple Google search for Boot Camp programs to jump start my fitness regimen as I was going into fall. I did not expect to find what I really found.
First, they offered a Boot Camp class at 6 pm! This is so amazing to me, as 6 am is not even on my radar. I am not even a functioning human until at least 10 am on any given day. Evening classes, and weekend classes available to me after 10 am are a pretty big deal in my world.
Secondly, the instructors are ALL very accessible! I love the amount of support they give, and that they are so encouraging and positive. I don't feel pressure to compete with anybody but myself, or to prove anything to anybody but myself.
The other members I have encountered have been so supportive, approachable, and encouraging as well! We literally cheer each other on, and it is so much fun to go to classes. This isn't your "show up with a perfect body, $110 workout pant with matching everything else, full makeup to fit in" kind of place. I feel totally comfortable showing up as I am; not in perfect physical condition, messy hair, no makeup, tattooed, just a normal 40-something weirdo. There is no one kind of person at Studio Me, and I LOVE everything about that. Even if I have had a terrible day, I feel great and I feel accomplished every time I leave Studio Me, and I am usually leaving there a sweaty, tired mess.
Parking is usually a piece of cake, if you are a driver. Even though I live near Minnehaha Falls I can usually get to the studio in rush hour and be ready to go in about 20 minutes.
I cannot emphasize enough how much I love Studio Me and how it is an investment that is well worth it for me. YES, it costs more than a regular gym membership, BUT I get small group training and I get to mix up my workouts every single time I am there. I get the support that I need to keep motivated; between the staff and the other members. I can use the 3-D body scanner to see my progress. I get to feel physically and mentally stronger, healthier, and more amazing; and that is the ultimate payoff for my investments.
It is totally worth trying even one class. What do you have to lose that you don't WANT to lose?!
