The best Pilates experience! I love the coaches and the way the videos help demonstrate the moves. Worth trying out if you’re curious about Pilates.

I have taken around 50ish classes so far and it’s a great workout. Each class is challenging but rewarding and if you stay consistent you will notice changes. Briona & Andria are fantastic instructors and are always welcoming and motivating right away in the morning! Vibes are good here!

Friendly and helpful coaches. The video screens are very helpful. I was totally new to Pilates and I tried a different business and found it to be overwhelming and confusing. This place was my second attempt and it felt a lot less overwhelming.

I absolutely loved my experience at Studio Pilates in Edina! The space is beautiful—clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed. It created the perfect setting to focus and recharge.
The instructor was fantastic—so welcoming, knowledgeable, and encouraging. The workout itself was energizing and perfectly paced. I felt challenged in the best way, and left feeling stronger, more aligned, and already looking forward to coming back.
Thank you for such a great experience—I’m officially hooked!

I am 65 and a bit fluffy. I also broke my back a few years ago. I know I have to exercise, so I tried out this studio. I absolutely love it. I want to work on my core and this does the job well. It has helped tremendously. Between this and the chiropractor, I feel great and I feel refreshed after a workout, not exhausted-quick recovery time. I love the instructors, who show me what adjustments to make. You're in great hands here.

Love the new location, parking is super easy and the class times work really well. I’ve been doing studio pilates for a few years and the class being on the screen was weird at first but I like that the instructors can spend more time fixing poses. I have a shoulder and hip injury and they’re great about giving me alternative poses. Most of the instructors are new here but the teachers I’ve had so far have grown a ton since opening day!

Never in my life have I ever been so disappointed giving my money away to such an awful experience. I felt like I did not belong the moment I walked in as the front desk girl gave me a mean glare and did not say anything when I walked in, making me feel like I was intruding just for showing up to a class I paid for! After my unpleasant experience at the front desk I thought everything would be ok once the class started but this was the worst workout I’ve ever taken at any kind of studio and by far the worst Pilates I’ve ever done. The music was awful, Ik what to expect for music in a Pilates/workout class but I felt like I was stuck in an old navy commercial from 2013 rhe music was so bad and distracting. And the actual workout, awful, no help at all from the “instructor” as I was watching a stupid video I could’ve found on YouTube for FREE. Didn’t feel any burn in my core or booty the workout was that bad, and yes I did choose the heaviest spring load. Needless to say don’t waste your time and money at Studio Pilates international, it’s a horrible workout with awful music and mean girls running the place.
