Highly recommend, especially for pilates. The front desk staff does a great job at learning everyone's name and the instructors are WONDERFUL at correcting form and giving adaptations if you have injuries. The studio is always open to feedback and often tries new formats and schedules to accommodate requests. If you can afford the small group reformer or private pilates, they have great facilities and knowledgeable trainers.

I have never felt so welcome at a studio before. I've tried so many different gyms/studios/trainers and Studio TimeOut is truly the best. From the amazing integrated app/class schedule to the friendly front desk employees (special shout out to Liz who is so sweet, welcoming and helpful) and the awesome classes/upbeat instructors - this place has it all. When you go somewhere to workout you shouldn't have to compromise (e.g. I like the instructors, but they try and push too many products on me and it makes me uncomfortable - something I experienced at the last gym I was a part of and left for that reason). This studio truly has it all, and I am so happy to be a part of the studio community!

The classes and instructors are wonderful. I like being greeted at the front desk, love the warm washcloths in the restrooms ( I usually come right from work), and love getting home with my workout completed. I would like a class later than 5 on Friday , and few more options sat and Sunday . I think cycling will fill this gap well.

I'm so glad I took up your 2 month for $99 offer. In two weeks, I've taken 5 classes. The staff and other participants have been very welcoming. I enjoy the follow up emails that keep me on track. All in all, it's been a great experience!

Love the classes and the atmosphere. Everyone has been so welcoming, from the front desk staff to instructors to others in the classes I've taken. The music is great, and there is so much energy in the room during class.

I love going to Studio TimeOut! The classes are challenging, but fun and the instructors are very knowledgable and enthusiastic. I have back issues and am not always able to perform some of the exercises, but the instructors are always willing to share ways that each exercise can be modified to accommodate almost any limitation. I come away having gotten a really good workout and without hurting myself. It's a very welcoming place where everyone knows your name.

This is the neighborhood's best kept secret. Falling out of shape is bad enough, the work of getting back into shape shouldn't feel like a herculean task. I have a feeling the community feeling and the varied class types and levels will give me the momentum I need and the encouragement along the way.

Coming to the studio is like going to my "happy place". For an hour or two I can turn off mental chatter and focus on what I'm doing right now. The instructors have a good ability to teach and correct when necessary so students can get the most of their class time.

Wonderfully energetic, dedicated instructors who want you to have fun while you work hard. I always feel better after class than I did coming in. If you're going to sweat, you might as well do it in a gorgeous, clean space with lots of natural light.

Studio TimeOut is a great place to join for anyone at any fitness level. Whether you're just beginning or advanced, every class works. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful - they'll show you how to make modifications for any move or how to make it more difficult. I've been going to the studio for 3 years and have increased my strength and flexibility...not to mention losing inches and pounds! I recommend this studio to anyone looking to begin or continue a healthy lifestyle.

I love the variety and levels of classes available at Studio Timeout, and especially that there is a reformer studio. I've rehabilitated from injuries, and hope to get back soon after my latest back injury. Instructors always know you by name, and will adjust particular parts of an exercise if you need a modification. A great all-around source for exercise, nutrition, and well-being!

All of the instructors at TimeOut are super motivating and knowledgable! They make sure that you are positioned correctly during exercises to decrease the risk of injuries and increase your results! They almost always offer alternative positions if you have circumstances that limit you in anyway. I always leave class knowing that I had a great workout!

Madeline is always supportive AND always makes sure our technique is correct in Pilates mat. I appreciate the fact that she learns new ways to teach the class (using the red ball in new ways so I can tell I'm doing mat correctly). I like coming to class on Thursday evenings because I go home relaxed and ready to wind down my day. Even though I just do Pilates mat one time a week, I can already tell that my hip is feeling better. (One of these days, I'll get my act together to come more often!) The studio atmosphere is great and spacious and welcoming. And people know my name. That's very cool.

The staff is what sets Studio Time Out apart. Not only are the instructors very knowledgeable, skilled, and energetic, but they also genuinely care about everyone who works out at the studio. You'll be greeted by name and with a smile at each class! The environment is not intimidating and people of all ages and abilities are welcomed and fit in.

I've been attending classes at Studio TimeOut for over three years, and there's a reason why - it's amazing! The classes are fun, the instructors are motivating, and the other students are supportive. It's a friendly place that makes you want to work out and do better things for your body and lifestyle. I highly recommend Studio TimeOut for all.

I recall my very first visit to Studio TimeOut. I remember going in feeling apprehensive, out of shape and that I didn't belong when in reality, it was exactly the right place to be. Not only was the staff and mgt of Studio TimeOut friendly but really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Regardless of your current physical shape, they meet you where you're at and all instructors have options in their classes for you to chose your own intensity. My second visit was 2 days later and I realized that I was on my journey to getting my old self back, but the story doesn't stop there. Over the years I have grown so much with my health, knowledge in nutrition and the importance of nutrition, detoxing, cooking that has helped me gain huge health results (and friends) since my first day. I'm so glad I gave Studio TimeOut a try, the hardest part was getting myself inside their door the first time but I have benefited beyond my expectations ever since.

I never step on a scale so I judge my fitness progress by how I feel physically and emotionally, the way my clothes fit, my level of energy, etc. I have especially loved the results from Tabata/Bars class. The amount of intensity and the length of the class is perfect! It's my whole body work that has given me the best results. My knees and feet are problem areas where I must make modifications in the exercise, so I am always thankful for the instructor's help in this area. My energy level is fantastic and I sleep really well at night. I know that everything I do now at Studio Time Out will enhance the long term health benefits in the future as I march into my '60's!

Studio TimeOut is a lovely studio with a professional and caring staff. I've been working out at Studio TimeOut for over three years and keep coming because the teachers and facility are great. You can come to the same barre class week to week without the workout getting stale or boring. All the instructors are highly trained and understand how to work with each individual's needs and limitations. There is something for everyone here, from Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Tabata, BodyPump, Nutrition classes and more. Jeanne and team provide a supportive and motivating atmosphere to help everyone make the lifestyle changes they want to stay active and healthy. I can't recommend Studio TimeOut enough!

I loved being able to try out so many different classes. I only wish I would have been able to try more, we had a family emergency and I missed out on 5 of the 12 days. However, even though I wasn't able to get everything in that I wanted to, I will definitely be back! I absolutely love Kendra's tabata class, she has great energy!

I have only done the 12 day trial but so far really enjoyed it and have signed up for a membership. The variety of classes is great. Since I am retired I really like that there are plenty of classes during the day. All of the instructors have been very helpful and pleasant. I look forward to many years of physically being healthy with the help of this studio .

This is one of the best wellness studios in the upper mid-west and I have tried many. If you are looking for a team that is well-trained, smart about health, nutrition and wellness who is fully invested in your success, then this is the studio for you. Classes like Nia, Aerial, Tabata, BodyPump, and Cardio Barre to name a few are very effective and fun and of course "time flies when you are having fun." Their nutrition expertise and online education is what differentiates them from their competition. Some days I can get to the Studio and some days I go online and Jeanne and Madeline train me on my location - great for long commuters and travelers. If you have not tried Studio Timeout - get it on your must do list.

Came to BodyPump yesterday with very low energy - the heat and humidity really get to me. I left with much more energy. Great class with great teachers (both Meredith and David)! Meredith is really great with the large classes, she brings a fun and vibrancy to the class. David is so good helping out the new students and giving participants the finer points of the exercises.

I've been a member for two years, the culture honors everyone as individuals. The staff remembers our names, it is always warm and cheerful. Where else can we dance in Nia like madwomen? Can't imagine going back to big box gyms.
