I’ve been working with Tyler for 3 years now, and I couldn’t be happier. When I started, I didn’t think there was much to learn since I have been lifting on and off since 6th grade. Boy, was I wrong! Tyler taught me proper bracing and foot awareness, and I was just reminiscing with him today that since training with him, I’ve added 85lbs on my squat alone! He is knowledgeable, but kind and clear about instructions. He helped me through a MAJOR hamstring injury and surgery, to come back stronger than ever. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and I have enjoyed knowing him as a friend. I recommend him to anyone, from those working through injury to seasoned lifters.

Tyler is the BEST! I have no idea how, but he always puts on just the right amount of weight for each set—it’s challenging but you can still do it with good form. He’s also very bubbly and fun to chat with, it makes the workout go by a lot faster! Super knowledgeable about fitness and the body. Definitely try him out if you get the chance.

Tyler was highly recommended by a friend. When I started working with him, I could not even do a body weight squats without pain. My very first session, he corrected my form. Tyler has helped me to improve my form, strength and flexibility. I appreciate his knowledge.

I've worked with Tyler for 2 years after observing him work with clients for 3 additional years before we started working together. He's extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional and a joy to be with. His eye for form and programming is first-rate. I would recommend him for any level from beginner to advanced and for any purpose from generalized strength training to specialized powerlifting. With his coaching, I established a new state powerlifting record for my age group, and I look forward to continuing progress in the future. I can't recommend this guy enough!

From day one Tyler has been a great influence on my personal goals in fitness. It’s funny to call him my “personal trainer”. In the short amount of time we have spent together he quickly became a friend.
He is direct and very focused on helping me reach my goals. I’m never confused on what our goals are or what direction I’m heading with personal fitness. When I first met Tyler, I was in high school and he helped me learn new lifting techniques and gave me a good foundation for lifting.
Now, post college sports I came back to Tyler with new goals.
I would not hesitate to recommend Tyler to anyone. If you want an individual who will help push you and motivate you to reach your goals, he is the guy.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer that’s right for you, Tyler is the one. Whether you are a seasoned profesional athlete or a first time gym user, Tyler will show you a great workout that is unmatchable.
During the Covid-19 quarantine, he offered PT through Zoom. Showed patience, enthusiasm, and motivated my family and I through the whole work out, every single time.

Well, I'm just going to say the same thing everyone else has said in their reviews. Tyler's the best. We've been working together over a year. I initially came to him with a knee problem that had been bothering me for months. It took Tyler all of about 2 minutes to diagnose it as actually a foot/ankle issue and showed me a few exercises to fix it. The next day I was cured and I've had no issues since. I had been stalled out on my lifts for about 2 years as well and I'll post the progress I made with Tyler in about 9 months below :
Bench : 200 ---> 260 (+60)
Squat : 240 ----> 365 (+125)
Deadlift : 275 ----> 405 (+130)

Working with Tyler is the best thing I did for myself. I originally did it was a kickstart for my upcoming wedding, however I enjoyed it so much that I have continued ever since. Tyler has made me more confident in my lifting skills and physical appearance. He challenges me to my limits and has brought the old athlete back out in me. I look forward to my weekly workouts with him not only for the incredible workout but also for the company. He has event hosted pre-bachelorette party workouts for our group before festivities began, a great way to start the fun! Tyler is great! I've been going to his classes for a little over a year and a half and at 26, I'm the fittest and strongest I've ever been.
I met Tyler through a friend of a friend who asked me to sign up with him so they could get a referral discount. I was wary of trying it out because I had my "cardio rat" routine down. I did my 45 min on the treadmill/elliptical/stair master, threw in a couple machine leg sets, and then called it a day. However, the first class I went to with Tyler, I was sold. The classes consist of a lot of conditioning and strength training workouts that use your body weight or kettle bells to kick your ass for 45 min. It's a full body workout and I always leave feeling satisfied that I truly got a workout in.
Plus, you see results and continue to see results. I can do more reps faster, I can use heavier kettle bells, and I feel stronger. My bod is more toned than it's ever been and he's serious when he says he can help you "build a better butt." I go to his classes (T, Th, S, and Sun) as consistently as possible and also do a personal training session with him once a week.
The personal training is great- it's a time to focus on what you want and try some new lifts, techniques, or workouts. I never considered lifting heavy weights before Tyler. I was worried I'd hurt myself or get some crazy big muscles. Instead, I'm toned out and have this new confidence in my strength as a female. I could barely squat 45 pounds properly when I started and now I'm squatting over 150 pounds!
Long story short, I highly recommend TC Personal Fitness. Tyler is super motivating, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable in what he does. He's approachable and I trust that he has my best fitness interests in mind.

Before I came to Tyler, I couldn't even do a squat--although, I wasn't even aware I couldn't do a proper squat until Tyler actually asked me to do one. Tyler is patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He gets to know his clients on a personal level--their goals are his goals, too. Since I started training with Tyler in December of 2017, I have felt myself become stronger and more confident in the gym. Plus, my squats no longer make him cringe. All in all, it's a win-win for everyone!
