Have been going to the Exercise Coach in Eagan for a little over a month. Ben has been my coach and he does a great job keeping me motivated and changing my exercise routine to keep it interesting. The facility is very clean, and I am already seeing results.

Machines are fabulous. Short time to work out and I can tell the difference in how I feel. Staff are great. Iām adverse to exercise and this is very doable. Fabulous.

I've been conditioned to working out and certain way my entire life with some evolution up to 45 minutes 3x/week HIIT training last year for several months and when I saw The Exercise Coach offered 2 free sessions at the Savage location i inquired but never pulled the trigger. Fast forward to November 2024 after selling my home in Burnsville moving to Mpls to downsize I looked for my "fit" back into the gym world. I have memberships at both PF & LA Fitness but it's the accountability factor that I need in order to succeed in my workout plan. That said, I tried both Anytime and F45 (I friend owns 4 locally) and they both were not the right fit. I them looked up TEC and saw one in Reagan and SW Mpls about the same distance. I contacted the Eagan location and set up the 2 free sessions. I was still skeptical about how 2x20 min/week could logically provide the same benefit as 3x45/week HIIT but it only took the 2nd session after getting introduced to the concept on the 1st session that I was completely sold and immediately signed up! Bri and Coach Brian were the first people I met and got acclimated with. Then I met Ben shortly after starting my sessions. They are amazing. They're patient in showing the routines and exercises and engage with you during your workouts.I can say that I recommend checking TEC out for yourself and you will see what I mean and backs up what is advertised.
