I love this exercise program. I wasn’t sure if 2 times a week would work but it does. You work against your personal best performance so no pressure to “compete” with someone else. The trainers are super- helpful and encouraging!

I have really enjoyed my workouts at the Exercise Coach. All of the coaches are familiar with any issues that come up (like a sore shoulder) and adapt my workout accordingly. Since going to the Exercise Coach I have noticed that my balance has improved, I am eating better and overall have an improved attitude towards life. I love working out at this place. The sessions are short, effective and also supervised by coaches so I don’t have to worry about doing things incorrectly. It’s almost like playing a video game except that you use your strength to play instead of a joystick! I like that these machines remember the previous workouts and show a nice summary at the end of each workout. The coaches are very knowledgeable and provide feedback and guidance as the exercises are performed.

The most important thing is nutrition and so far the nutritional coaching at many other places didn’t align with my personal goals. All of the information shared as part of the nutritional coaching are backed by science and research. Overall, the exercise coach has everything covered for a healthy life!

Update: Been a member for 7 months now and have not only gained a lot of my strength back but have also lost about 30# using their Nutrition Playbook. At 72 feel better then I have in years. After a terrible beginning in 2023 where I basically thought life was over, with my trainers I now am enjoying life again and even going to Europe with my wife for 12 days to celebrate our 50th anniversary.

Hard to believe you can get a good workout in 20 minutes but they have it down to a science. Professional trainers and state of the art equipment. After suffering a fractured back and a stroke this year I am amazed after 1 month how much strength I have gained back. I highly recommend you give their 2 free visit offer a try like I did and see for yourself.

What I like about the exercise coach and its approach of working with a trainer every single time is the ACCOUNTABILITY it renders. I cannot tell you how many times I did not want to get up and workout in the early morning; tired and thinking it wasn't going to be the best workout (and sometimes it wasn't). The staff is always encouraging - especially on the aforementioned days. I believe that the folks at E.C. hire positive individuals and their manager (Suzanne) at the Eden Prairie location leads and supports a company culture of positivity and passion

All of the staff are professional and friendly. They treat you like the individual that you are. The program is perfect for me. Twenty minutes in and out and on to the rest of your day. Even though it's only 20 minutes, don't think you don't get a work out because you do. Over the past 20 years I have suffered from joint pain and 4 joint replacements. Excercise Coach has put me on the road to getting back in shape with better mobility.

I like the friendly staff, the individual attention (even in group workout setting there aren't more than 3 clients to 1 instructor so it feels very personalized). I also love getting in and out in 20minutes - that's made all the difference in my attitude toward working out - I don't feel like I have to dedicate hours a week to being inside at the gym, or choose between working out and something else. I can easily fit it into my day and do everything else I need or want to do.

I’ve been going to The Exercise Coach for some time now. All the coaches are professional, they listen to what your needs are and work to help you reach your goals, and make you feel like family! The workouts are fun (yes, believe it or not! lol) and routines are varied, so that you’re always challenged in different ways. I always leave after 20 minutes feeling that I’ve really accomplished a great workout. The studio is clean, neat and well organized. Each week I look forward to getting in my 2 workouts and look forward to seeing the progress I’m making! Keep up the GREAT work coaches! You guys are AWESOME!

I needed a change. My health and body were going the wrong way. Intimidated by bigger health clubs and the hassles of parking, checking in, finding an open locker and trying to find someone to help me get on the right track with a workout that works for ME and MY NEEDS frustrating. I found what I needed with the Exercise Coach. I went in for my 2 free sessions and found the experience from the easy and close parking to the high tech personalized programming on the equipment, and the friendly professional coaching to be the perfect fit! DID I MENTION THAT THE COMPLETE WORKOUTS ARE JUST 20 MINUTES LONG AND ONLY 2X PER WEEK??!!! Yep! Very hard to believe, but the science and my healthier body prove it! I signed up around New Year's 2018 and have been getting stronger ever since. And to kick my lethargic metabolism into even higher gear I joined their 30 day Metabolic Challenge! It was only 50 bucks and includes the Nutrition Playbook which, in itself, is a book EVERYONE should read! I not only shocked myself that I took up this challenge...I shocked myself even more when I stayed true to it all month...AND even more shocked when I WON the challenge! My body stats had improved overall and I had lost 13 pounds! Yes, the Exercise Coach helped me start 2018 out with the beginning of better health for me with a very doable, efficient program and all the wonderful, friendly, professional support I need.. to help me do what MY body needs.
