I like having an appointment so I don’t skip it. Also the session is 20 minutes long so I can’t say I don’t have enough time. It takes away all the excuses.

Clean studio. Great trainers who are supportive, clear in direction, kind and interested in my progress. The best workout I have experienced and it only takes 20 minutes! Perfect for any stage of life, but especially for those who are interested in maintaining or increasing strength in later years. Run don't walk to SW Exercise Coach!

One of the best decisions I have made for my health and wellness was signing up for Exercise Coach. 18 months later I have incorporated the easy 20 minutes, twice a week into my schedule and have built muscle and confidence when it comes strength training. I have lowered my BMI, increased my muscle mass, become toned and strong. The environment is great, the coaching is helpful and friendly, and being able to track my progress with real data is a plus. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

A friend told me about The Exercise Coach because I was looking to get back into exercise and lifting after a shoulder injury. I absolutely love that I decided to sign up. All the coaches are trained and great. The space is small, clean and simple. With my full schedule, being able to get in and do the workout efficiently is a huge bonus, and to have trained coaches there to guide is great. When I am in an open gym format I sometimes don't know what to do or waste too much time, so this is a great option for me. I love the technology that is incorporated into the machines, and that I can see my progress from week to week. Parking is also easy on the street. Highly recommend!

I have been working out at Exercise Coach for 20 minutes, twice a week for a year. At 58 I am stronger and more toned than I have ever been in my life. It feels good to have muscular strength and to be able to feel the firmness of my muscles. I have also lost weight and decreased my body fat percentage despite my less than perfect eating habits. They provide excellent nutritional advice and support.
