I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with Rachel! I’ve never been someone who enjoys going to the gym, and for most of my life, I’ve struggled to make working out a consistent part of my routine, even though I want to get and stay healthy. From the start, Rachel was amazing—she's incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her one-on-one personal training sessions! She’s motivating, and I really appreciate how she takes the time to teach you the proper techniques. The workouts she showed me are ones I now do regularly at home. This was my first experience with a personal trainer, and my first time attending her gym, and I would definitely suggest reaching out to Rachel for anyone looking to learn how to work out the right way. She also offers full gym access to members and a wide variety of classes!
