We provide our clients with evidence based strength training routines in an efficient, safe and effective manner. In only two 45 minute sessions per week you will feel stronger, look leaner, have more energy and receive the same if not better results of a 6 day per week routine!

Titanium Performance is built different! Tyler McCarthy is a difference maker and I am forever thankful for the experience he gave me in strength training. I trained at this gym for over a year and a half. The only reason I left was because work took me out of Minnesota. Prior to working out at Titanium Performance the gym was an intimidating place where I just never felt comfortable. In my time with Tyler he taught me countless lessons about strength training including how to keep my body safe while working towards my goals. He was aware of my limits each session and somehow kept me pushing those limits to expand them a little further each time to help me achieve what I was looking for. Looking back at my time with Titanium Performance, I have never been so proud of what I was able to accomplish and Tyler was the reason for that. Hands down, you will not be disappointed after a session with Tyler. I give the highest recommendation from my time with Titanium Performance. I now live in a metro area twice the size of MSP and I simply cannot find anything close to what Tyler gave me during my time there. You will not be disappointed!

Matt Lerch is the man! Before my first workout even started, I realized this place was different. I could tell by the questions Matt was asking me, he truly wanted to know what my goals are. He made sure I was always using great form to prevent injury and did such a great job with motivating/encouraging to work as hard as possible when the reps got tough! If you’re looking for a gym that will get your results, this is the place!

I have put off strength training for years, but joined Titanium Performance this past March & am so happy I did. I highly recommend checking out this local NE business (owned by trainer, Tyler McCarthy) to get stronger (& repair any muscle/pain issues). I give it my all once weekly for 45 minutes (i.e., high intensity strength training) and this summer have portaged a canoe and piggy backed my kids like nobody’s biz! 💪

I have been training with Morgan once a week for 2 months now, and wow can I see the results! I came to her with injuries including a recently healed broken wrist, and she started with safe, manageable exercises that have helped me regain full range of motion and build strength beyond what it was before the injuries. Morgan is so knowledgeable and really explains what you're doing and how to do it.

We have been working together on Zoom because of the pandemic, and she is able to see when I need to make a correction with form and encourages me to keep going. She is truly a gifted trainer, and I will continue to work with her long term. The results, even in this short time, have been fantastic. And she's just plain fun! I highly recommend Morgan and Titanium Performance!

I love their system and Tyler is so knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and results. I've been working out with Morgan weekly for three months now and don't plan to stop anytime soon. As a lifelong athlete I had been recently struggling with chronic low back pain, going to PT and chiropractors with varying results. Now I am stronger than I have been in years. I’ve been working with Tim about once a week since September. I’ve seriously seen a difference in my overall strength and the tone in my arms, and that’s without making any substantial changes to my diet or other activity! This is the place to be if you’re short on time but want results. Tim is mindful of my funky left shoulder, adjusts the machines to the best of his ability for my shorter-than-average height and limbs, and manages to be very kind and friendly while also pushing me hard. He also doesn’t mind the profanity I sometimes use when my muscles feel like they’re on fire!

I started seeing Morgan at Titanium Performance because of a bad right ankle from years of playing soccer. Before starting I had been consulting with an orthopedic surgeon about reconstructive surgery and had done physical therapy for years without much improvement. After seeing Morgan consistently I went from having to always wear my ankle brace when out walking and worrying about rolling my ankle to not needing it all and greatly increasing my ankle strength and stability. The training has also gotten rid of pain I had in my right knee and hip that was related to my ankle. I started training with Morgan after the birth of my first child and it helped me lose all of my baby weight (plus some!) and I have trained through my entire second pregnancy, even up until 40+ weeks. I love that the workouts are effective in a short amount of time, and that I no longer have worry about when I may roll my ankle out walking with my dog and daughter. I highly recommend Titanium Performance for anyone dealing with injury, pain or just looking to increase their strength and energy.

Thank you Titanium Performance! I made the mistake my first pregnancy to not continue with activity. Biggest mistake of my life. During my second pregnancy I worked with Morgan @Titanium Performance and now 2 years later, I have been consistent once a week training with her. I am a 67 year old who has done sports all my life but have slowed down to where my goals are to continue some competition (racquetball, basketball, tennis and golf) but mostly to live pain free. Honestly I have a love hate relationship with
Morgan from Titanium Performance. The workouts are short- which fits into my lifestyle, (love). They are hard, which is helping me get strong and fit at a good pace (hate and love). I’m not a big workout person, but feel completely awesome when I finish and love that Morgan pushes me to my full potential, but not beyond my personal limits. I also really like the fact that it is only a training facility. If you want high quality workouts without spending a lot of time in a gym this is your place for sure!
