Our experienced coaches incorporate an Integrated Training Concept with all of our members. This provides an all-inclusive approach with various forms of training such as resistance training, cardiorespiratory training, core, balance, stability, agility, flexibility, mobility, nutrition coaching, and habit coaching.
We are grateful to have coaches who have the background and knowledge to assist anyone who walks through the door, no matter what their goals are or what type of fitness level they are at.

Best trainers in Minnesota! Kyler and Alex are amazing. I have participated in the semi-privates for years and they continue to challenge me. I have some injuries and they always help me continue to push myself while not aggravating me injuries. I highly recommend this gym for strength, conditioning and community.

As a local chiropractor in the area, I’d highly recommend Tone 2 Day for their personal training, fitness, and lifestyle services. Movement is one of the most important health factors that exist, and Tone 2 Day blends the perfect balance of small group training, energy, and community to this area. Tone 2 Day was the best decision I made almost five years ago. The trainers take the time to understand your goals, work with any limitations and or injuries, and provide encouragement along the way. Besides the semi private workouts, I love the boot camp group fitness classes! We all sweat together and really have a fun workout. It’s a great community that I’m proud to be a part of. No matter where you're at in your fitness journey, it's a community that supports and welcomes!

I couldn’t say enough great things about this gym! I started attending this gym over 2 years ago after being laid up with a back injury and afraid to start working out again. I felt 20 years older than I was and was struggling with mobility and pain. The trainers at this gym have been able to coach me back to a better physical state than I was in prior to my injury. They do a great job listening to concerns and thoughtfully check in often. They modify movements and workouts to each individual as needed. I currently attend 2 semi private sessions (max of 5 folks in class) with one expert trainer and HITT class every week. The workouts are challenging but the trainers keep you motivated and culture of the gym feels like family.

If you are looking for a place to feel welcome and comfortable Tone is it! The personal traning sessions include stretching, cardio and strength training. I like that I can get my workout in 60 minutes or less. The daily classes are great too. My favorite classes are the HIIT classes they have Wednesday and Saturday mornings. You can also come in and use the equipement or a weekly preset open gym routine if you need motivation for strength training. Alex and Kyler are great trainers, willing to personalize and modifiy the work out if needed. If you are a busy person that needs a structured work out with some guidance, do not have a lot of time in your busy day to work out and do not like the atmosphere of large gyms you should check out Tone 2 Day

My wife and I joined Tone 2 Day nearly a year ago and we are very pleased with the decision! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and really supportive. They work with you if you have physical limitations to continually challenge you and do not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all mentality. They greet you by name when you enter and care that you are there. We have established friendships with other gym attendees and the general atmosphere of the gym really feels more about community than just a place to exercise. Highly recommended for anyone!

Don't wait a minute more to look into this gym! Eight months into joining and I am stronger, happier and healthier at 44 than I have been in a long time! Their commitment to accountability is unsurpassed and it makes ALL the difference. I truly love the atmosphere of this gym, the expertise of the trainers, and the camaraderie of the other clients who work out here. Though a runner, I had never weight-trained before joining Tone 2 day nearly two years ago, and I am much stronger now!
The trainers initially assess fitness levels and then tailor the program to build our strength from there. They have taught me proper form and technique for squats and deadlifts as well as a variety of other exercises so I have increased the amount I can lift without ever hurting myself. The time goes fast!
I look forward 2-3 times a week to walking in that door ready to work a solid 45 minutes on a customized plan already waiting for me. The Andreya Tornes Tone 2 Day gym is a great place to belong -for life!

Tone 2 Day is the best 'gym" by far that I have ever joined. Andreya, Corbin and Alex are awesome to work with - I have been going for almost a year and have gained more strength than I thought possible at 51, I look forward to my sessions and I am inspired by all of the clients and how dedicated and hard working they are.
Tone 2 Day is not your typical "gym" there is a unique energy that I feel when I walk in the door, I never lasted more than a few weeks at any other place I have tried. If you want a supportive team with a wealth of information on both physical and nutritional health this is the place to join!

This is the best thing you could do for yourself! I thought I would join Tone 2 Day to lose some weight. But now I tell everyone what I’ve gained: a stronger, more toned body, better health, a work-out schedule I look forward to, and friends and coaches that keep me motivated. Oh, and I also have some new tanks and jeans in my closet that I look forward to wearing!

Tone2Day is an awesome gym that offers classes private/semi-private training and nutrition plans. The trainers are some of the best I’ve ever experienced. As a busy mom of two, I was having trouble figuring out how to fit regular exercise into my schedule and actually see results. Tone 2 Day solved this problem for me. I love this gym! Great trainers. I never expected the results I got. I first signed up late June 2018. I lost 20 pounds following the nutrition plan and working out with weights twice per week in my first 7 weeks. I took a 3 month medical break and did not gain any weight back. So far my total weight loss has been 32 pounds. I am motivated to lose 20 more pounds this summer. I train with weights twice a week and on Sunday mornings I attend the twerk and tone class. That class is great. It’s high energy and you burn a lot of calories while learning the latest dance moves.

TONE 2 DAY and Andreya Tornes ROCK. Andreya came to my rescue and turned my 200 lb body into a strong, healthy and physically fit body. I would highly recommend TONE 2 DAY to anyone.
