Amazing experience!

I struggle with the where to start when it comes to working out and being healthy. Let me just say first and foremost, Matt is definitely in the correct line of work. He is not just a fitness trainer, but a motivator, a life coach, and full of advice to becoming healthy not only physically but mentally. He is the right amount of tough and will push you to becoming a better you without ever making you feel less than accomplished. He always has a smile on his face, an open ear for listening, and makes you feel comfortable. He checks in and holds you accountable and will cheer you on the entire way through no matter what. I hadn't been over 178lbs my entire life. I'm 6'3" and have always been skinny. After an initial consult with Matt he gave me a few tips about how and what I should be eating (that were EASILY do-able even by me busy with two kids!) and with 1hr workouts 3x/week I am now at 185 in two months. He helps push you to get the last few reps that you wouldn't do by yourself and maintains a positive attitude.

I have just started training with @toofit2quitfitness and due to personal finances I can only do 1 day a week for now... he doesn’t make it all about finances... he’s willing to make it work because he wants you to achieve your fitness goals. As long as you put in the work!... Which is exactly what I need without feeling pressure “from a trainer” because I’m restricted with finances.. he makes it easy to ask for guidance anytime of the day and no matter what the questions are.. he’s there to answer. He has been so helpful with the “little steps” to achieving my fitness goals without the pressure. I struggle the most with diet, form and breathing techniques (due to asthma) and he has been nothing but great no matter what! He makes me want to be dedicated and have goals for my own body transformation! FIVE STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Matt is one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever had. I’ve been with him for well over year, and seen amazing improvements. Last year I told Matt I was leaving for basic training in the Army and he whipped me into shape in no time. Even after being back from training he’s getting me ready for this up coming deployment. Matt is beyond supportive and understanding during training sessions, and he really cares. I was in a car accident years ago, and have been too scared of re-injuring myself to work out. He listened to not only understand my injuries, he checks in throughout the workout to make sure I am okay and not over doing it. I’ve never left a personal training sessions before feeling like an individual, it always has felt like the same workout everyone else does with them. Not here.
He is also such a great guy, easy to talk to and makes the sessions so enjoyable... coming from someone who mostly hates working out. Highly recommend Matt, hands down.

I was looking for something affordable, slightly more private (because I hate working out in a big gym with lots of other people around) and with flexible scheduling and TooFit2Quit checks all the criteria!
