Total Fitness offers amazing group fitness classes with the best trainers around! Its more than a "gym", its a fitness community that will challenge you to reach for goals and support you, whatever your fitness journey looks like. The members join the trainers in a lot of fun fitness events whether it be a 5k, a tough Spartan race, or a marathon.

I joined Total Fitness 2 years ago after years of struggling with Degenerative Disc Disease in my low back. My chiropractor suggested I strengthen my core muscles to avoid surgery and to stay out of a wheelchair in my old age! Definitely two things I want to avoid. I made the decision that this is a "Life Style" change, working out is something I will need to continue for the rest of my life, not just to lose a quick few pounds. I have attended a wide variety of classes all are exceptional along with the instructors! So if you are looking for a "Life Style" change look to Total Fitness! I joined my first bootcamp in June, 2017. The best decision I ever made! I love the variety offered in every class from cardio, to strength training to TRX! I especially love the spin classes! All of the instructors are awesome and they challenge you when you need it the most! The facility is also very clean and well maintained!

I recently ran my very first 5K after not exercising for almost 9 years. I give credit to bootcamp and spin classes for my success at the race!
I look forward to every workout because I know it will challenge me and make me stronger! I also enjoy feeling the pain the day after!

I am currently on my 4th bootcamp at Total Fitness and love trying new things every day! Every bootcamp I lose a few more inches and pounds and gain a lot more strength! I love feeling stronger everyday!

I love Total Fitness Inc! The variety of the classes and the intensity is something that keeps me coming back. I like to be challenged in my workouts and the staff at Total Fitness does a great job of encouraging you to work hard. I have done personal training with Sheila for many years have had great results and always look forward to the training sessions. After switching from being part time to working full time at my job last year I found that I didn't have as much time to exercise. And on top of that, my motivation when I did have time basically didn't exist. After looking into multiple options, I decided to start working with a personal trainer at Total Wellness Coaching. It has been such a great experience and I have found new motivation for staying in shape. Julie challenges me during our workouts and she also has gotten to know me and makes each session personal for me and what I am needing each week. I would highly recommend her and also recommend the variety of classes that they offer!

I joined my first boot camp session at Total Wellness Coaching (TWC) in January 2016. Prior to January 2016 I had lost and gained several pounds over the years.

I feel comfortable at TWC and I really love the boot camp sessions! Every workout is different and I got to try TRX and Kick Boxing for the first time. I like having scheduled days for workouts and I feel accountable to show up every day. Also, if I miss a day I know I can make it up in one of the other boot camp sessions. The trainers offer tips and make sure that you have proper form for the exercises. I have learned a lot and continue to push myself each boot camp class. Also, the trainers and my fellow boot campers help motivate me to work harder.

I would recommend TWC for anyone that is looking to get in shape. The great thing about the boot camp is that you can continually look for ways to challenge yourself. I have more weight I want to lose and I want to continue increasing my strength and endurance. I know that TWC is the place to help me reach my goals!

The team atmosphere at Total Wellness is amazing. Not only are you getting support from the coaches but the participants are super supportive as well. I have developed so many relationships since starting at Total Wellness.

I was at a plateau of losing weight and getting fit. Since I've started at Total Wellness in January of 2016 I've not only lost weight but I've lost inches as well. I've learned so much about taking care of my body and eating healthy.
