I appreciate all that Train Right Fitness does and continues to do for me. The push and drive that you all give me keeps me coming back and wanting to come in for my strength training. They keep my workouts tough enough for me to manage, but not too tough that I give up on myself. I’ve been training with TRF for five years, and the results have been great. I’ve gained significant strength, which is measured and tracked over time.

But what’s surprised me even more are the mental benefits. The discipline it takes to consistently push to failure builds a level of focus and resilience that carries over into just about every other part of your life.

That all became real for me recently when we built a double-layer retaining wall at home. 18 tons of rock, 7 tons of gravel, plus dirt, cutting, and landscaping. Nights and weekends for several weeks. This, on top of my full time job and raising two young kids.

I should have been exhausted. 6 years ago I would have been, even considering my younger age.

But I wasn’t. Honestly, I felt great despite three weeks of physically taxing work!

What really stood out was how much better I held up than friends who helped out on the project which include former athletes and regular gym-goers.

Turns out, training to failure in a controlled, supervised way is an incredibly effective way to condition your body and mind for real-world endurance.

Can’t recommend Train Right Fitness enough. The culture at TRF is strong and the trainers’ commitment to it shows. The philosophy has changed how I approach fitness. The 2x/week workouts are perfect for the working professional who is pulled in many directions with family/work, etc. I view the two weekly workouts as medicine. Don’t always love to take my medicine, but afterwards I am always glad I did.

Hands down the most rewarding weight training I have EVER experienced! TRF’s exercise philosophy is second to none. They advocate a push till failure mentality, as well as an adequate amount of rest for proper recovery. I used to spend around 5 hours per week in the gym. Now, I spend an hour total in the gym and have significantly better workouts. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and provide a wealth of education on weight lifting. I am a believer in their approach and I will continue to train with them indefinitely! Thank you TRF!

Why didn't I listen to my friend SOONER!!
I was introduced to TRF by a friend who's been training with the TRF for some time and she desperately wanted me to try it out....but I blew her off! Now I wish I hadn't! HA!
I met with Brandon one morning where he thoroughly interviewed me asking the typical things-injuries, past training experiences, my goals and then explained his training philosophy. I had three real goals-increase muscle strength, rebuild my bone density and a need to live life without feeling sore and achy the remaining days when I'm not training. Well, HE DID IT and we're having so much FUN as I'm reaching my goals!!
Brandon is incredibly in touch with his clients, he seriously makes me the center of his world for those next 30 minutes, no distractions or interruptions..we are "one" with every rep I take..also, he's a spot-on counter! HA! More importantly, he doesn't forget about my previous injuries and is very conscience about the loaded weight and adjusts me as needed. I URGE anyone who is procrastinating and dragging their feet. ...you MUST try TRF you won't regret it other than not starting with them sooner like me! DON'T MISS OUT!!! 😄

Excellent, personalized workout. This truly is a "right" fitness program. I've only been at it about 4 weeks now, the recommended 2 times per week, and already I feel strong, stable and alert. Brandon has made it very clear why it is so crucial to train muscle.
