Absolutely amazing team that is completely invested in getting you to your goals. Brandon and Kimberly, whom I have personally regularly trained with, keep me accountable, always keeping the workouts challenging at the same time accommodating my frozen shoulder. They encouraged me to start running again. Trained me through the cardio sessions and got me the strength and confidence needed to pursue my goal. I thoroughly and wholeheartedly recommend this team if you need to get back to your fitness goals.

Deciding to take the leap and work out with the trainers at Train Right Fitness is one of the best things I have ever done. I am NOT someone who enjoys working out and I have always viewed any type of exercise as a chore. Having said that, I was surprised by the fact that I now look forward to each of my sessions and I am seeing results. I typically train with Kimberly who is so positive and kind. She can read me and knows exactly how far to push me on any given day. She is a ray of sunshine! I have worked with the other trainers as well (just not as consistently) and can attest that every single one of them is a gem. They are all nonjudgemental, kind, compassionate and will keep you motivated. I started this journey about 7 months ago and I plan to keep plugging away!

Train Right Fitness (TRF) is simply the best! I have been training with TRF for over 3 years because of the efficient workouts, the great accessibility, and the incredible results. I recently started as a new client with Train Right Fitness at the Crosstown Preserve in Eden Prairie, MN. I had been looking to add strength training to my fitness regimen so that I could improve my postures during my Hot Yoga classes. I've been so impressed with Brandon, Emmalene and the staff of Train Right Fitness and the workout facility is gorgeous with cutting edge machines and training methodologies. I have worked with strength training coaches in the past and have always had good experiences with them but the unique training methods that the Train Right Fitness team brings to its clients are quite unique. They have a deep focus on safety and correct biomechanics. They challenge you with various timings for each exercise, positive and negative motions, exercise sequencing, and regularly switch things up to keep you engaged. They also keep accurate measurements with regular progress reporting, offer nutritional advice, and fast-paced engaging video trainings in-between sessions. And, perhaps most importantly, they offer you cheers when you've got things dialed in during an exercise or share positive feedback with you when you need to make corrections. If you are looking for strength training coaches who base their recommendations and coaching on peer-reviewed research and the latest science (and who are just great people too!) then look no further than Train Right Fitness. I highly recommend this team! And, as Brandon says, "Train Hard, Train Brief, Train Right!"
