Iβve been going to Twintown for nearly 2 years - Iβm a newcomer to the midwest and this has been a wonderful community. The workouts are engaging and fly by - I feel strong and energized afterwards. I had never achieved a consistent level of fitness as an adult before and it feels great.

I just started with TwinTown Fitness and I am really impressed so far. Mara helped onboard me and was my first instructor and it was an amazing workout. We did a mix of rowing, pull-ups, jump rope, and weights. I got a good sweat and felt soar the next day which is exactly what I was looking for. Seems like a great community space and I am excited to start my monthly membership next week and explore the range of workouts (each day has a different mix) and meet the other instructors.

Ive been going here for 2 years after moving from another state in which I did Crossfit for another 2 years. Super welcoming, pride+ inclusive environment that has a lot of experience on ramping rookies as well as still pushing exosting experts. If you have a chance for making it in, its always worth it and worth every dollar.

Love Twin Town Fitness! I am almost six months in and have found it warm, welcoming, intentional, accommodating, truly open to all ages. It's small enough that you feel seen and connected but nobody's judging or bothered by what you need to do - I have only had encouragement and laughter as I learn my way around a gym and do my modest version of the workout (empowering for a woman who never lifted weights before and who can now imagine a pull-up might lie in her future). The coaching is terrific. Thank you Peter, Mara and all the crew!

I had so much fun today during my WOD. Andrew was a fantastic coach and everyone was so supportive. Initially, I thought I wouldnβt finish my timed WOD, but with Andrewβs encouragement, I plowed through and finished with a few minutes to spare.

Highly recommend this gym! It's been a long time since I've set foot in a gym, so I was a little intimidated at first, but the instructor was super friendly and took the time to explain everything and teach me the techniques. There were multiple levels for the circuit part of the class, and modifications were encouraged, so I really felt able to go at my own pace and push myself in ways that respected where I was at physically. The instructor was also great about offering suggestions to improve my technique without making me feel watched. Overall a really positive experience. I didn't expect to become a gym person, but now I'll definitely be going back for another class!

I attended my first class today at 5:30pm with Andrew! He was great and worked individually with me. I certainly got a good work doing what I could as a beginner! I definitely will be going back! Very nice small size class and everyone can do their own thing and at what level of fitness they are at.

I attended a 5:30am class as a drop - in at Twin Town. The communication and overall experience before I even arrived was one of great follow up and excellence. The environment is fantastic - at least I liked it - not fancy but good flow and a kind of industrial feel. Great for working hard. Great location and parking is not an issue. The trainer, Hayley, was very welcoming and knew her movements. They warmed us up well and I did stuff I havenβt done in a while and I feel great. Welcoming community as well. Thanks Twin Town Fitness - great name too!!

Dropped in from out of town. Peter was great and got me signed in quickly even though he was doing some other stuff. WOD was challenging but scaled well for everyone in class. Peter was helpful and made sure to get around to everyone. Others in the class made me feel welcome and gave me some places to eat in the neighborhood. Great place.

I did a trial run here over a series of months, my first big push into the world of fitness. Coming in literally knowing nothing, and having been a very un-athletic individual up until that point in my life, I was nervous to dive into something with as crazy as a reputation as Crossfit. One of the coaches, Peter, communicated openly with me over email about this, and invited me to try a trial class. I had a blast, and the motivation the coaches provided helped me feel like this is something I could manage.
Two months later, and I'm feeling better then I ever have before. Seriously, worth it. Friendly coaches (my favorites are Peter, Matt, and Chris), space is well lit with warm lighting (why are so many OTHER gyms dim and dark?), and space/gear is really clean.
Overall a very positive experience.

I have done and trained for sports most of my life. After joining Twintown Crossfit, I got into the best shape of my life. It is challenging, but the coaches make it great fun and are aware of your own challenges, limitations and goals, pushing you with all that in mind. I am always amazed they remember that for each one of us. FOUNDATIONS classes are offered on unlimited basis for the first 2 months and are the best way to get you ready to start the technical moves of crossfit. It gets your condition improved and core stronger while each class concentrates on different technical movement with the option of adding some weight and a full workout at the end, which will get you huffing and puffing guaranteed. Length of your foundations attendance is solely up to you, how fast you learn the moves, although scaling is always available to perfect the movements or accommodate special conditions. And finally, it's a great community of members and coaches: fun, challenging and enriching.

I <3 Twin Town - I started out in the bootcamp program (3days/week) and after a few sessions of that wanted something more challenging so moved into regular CrossFit classes. They have SO many class time available so scheduling is easy, classes are always challenging but the coaches will work with you to scale to your ability, & the classes cap out at 12, so you get lots of attention. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you have been curious about trying CrossFit or are just in need of a fresh, rewarding workout with some wonderful people head on over.
Before I joined I was a little intimidated by Cross Fit. However, the coaches at TwinTown are well trained, very attentive and genuinely determined to help you meet your fitness goals. Additionally, they program every workout so that it can be scaled for all abilities whether you want a little extra help or even more of a challenge. The class sizes are also small so you get a personal training experience without the added cost and will never be lost in the crowd.

Twintown Crossfit is an awesome gym. All the coaches are genuine and inviting. I love how serious they take stretching and mobility - not something you see very often.
