Beautiful studio! I found the staff and other clients very friendly, welcoming, and responsive to my needs throughout the workout. I think this studio would be particularly good for someone who struggles with chronic pain and is looking for a place to get some movement/strength. I’m not sure if Pilates is for me, but I would recommend this studio for sure.

This studio and its instructors have been so welcoming and inclusive of all ability levels, body types and sizes. I started with no Pilates experience and still felt welcomed and supported. I was reluctant to try Pilates, worried that I wouldn’t belong, but these ladies have all been so wonderful (shout out Kandace :)). Each class has been a new and fun challenge. To anyone who is on the fence, come check them out!

getting older REQUIRES movement in all directions...GYROTONICS is the best fitness to stretch & strengthen back, core, upper body...this is the BEST by back has ever felt...especially since I have lived with back pain since a kid and the doctors wanted to do back surgery at age 14. SO Gyrotonics is game changer...move your body to alleviate back pain!

From the very first day I entered the studio I felt like I found "my place." I love the energy I feel each time I walk through the door. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The instructors listen to your needs and get to know you so I feel motivated and challenged. I am stronger, much more flexible and overall feel so much better. My husband noticed and he decided to join as well.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this studio to anyone. It is a gem!!!

After taking a Pilates class in TX with my daughter-in-law I went searching for a studio close to home and did some comparisons. I researched reviews, how long the studio had been operating, types of equipment, levels of classes, availability, costs, number of instructors, their bios, parking, navigating website and ease of registration, and then I contacted the owner of the studio. Every single box was checked with a 5+ star. The owner and every single instructor consistently goes above and beyond. They are all unbelievably knowledgeable, professional, personable, patient and accommodating.

This is a great studio! The pilates reformer classes are excellent. I came here to rehab after a total hip replacement. It has restored and enhanced my strength and range of motion. I highly recommended it to my surgeon, in fact! Justice and Kandace are well trained with experience as well. I can not more highly recommend Uncommon Movement!

I’ve never worked out at the studio. But… with that being said, I walk by it every single day and what I see is a bright shining beacon of light and motivation for anyone that sees it. Either a passerby or somebody that utilizes Uncommon Age as part of their fitness regimen. The people I see coming and going are normal every day people working towards their own goals. The one thing they all for sure share is a bright happy smile and a look on their face that conveys that they just completed a productive, perhaps strenuous, satisfying workout. I like seeing people being active and working towards a goal.
(and it’s in a beautiful renovated old building with golden warm natural woodwork — it’s not a cold uncomfortable studio. It’s beautiful.)
