I love Uplift-it's the only gym I've ever been able to stick with over time which I attribute to the non-judgy atmosphere, the trainers always watching to help prevent injury, and the availability of routine program changes. You don't feel lost; they give you a set of exercises aimed at your goals, teach you how to do it, and change it up often. I credit Uplift for the improvement I've achieved in my osteoporosis, the fact that I'm on no prescriptions, and that I feel like I'm 30 instead of 60+. It's a great place for women.

I have been a member at Uplift for almost a month now! I have absolutely loved coming here. Working out in a gym that is only women helps the confidence so much. The only thing I wish they would have is a filtered water bottle filler attached to the drinking fountain. Other than that, totally love it 😊

This November will be my 10 year anniversary of being an Uplift Member. I cannot say enough about how incredible this gym and the owners and trainers are! It’s such a comfortable environment to be able to strength train and do cardio. The weight lifting programs are tailored to where I’m at with my goals/strength and the variety keeps me engaged. Jill and Chris and all the trainers are so supportive and caring. This is an experience you won’t get elsewhere! Update: Coming up on 11 years now — this place is part of my routine — like brushing my teeth — get in/get my workout done/have a great day!

I absolutely love Uplift! I participate in their individualized workout plans which has been especially helpful to me since I have had a previous injury that makes some workouts difficult. The trainers do an amazing job of adjusting my workout plans to my individual needs. I also have participated in some of their group fitness classes - I really like their yoga classes especially!
I can’t say enough good things about all my experiences at Uplift. Additionally, I really appreciate the variety of membership options they have with transparency of membership fees on their website. The membership is worth every penny! I recommend this gym to any woman no matter where they are on their fitness journey if they are looking for a new place to workout! :)

Before Uplift, I had only done cardio and had no idea where to begin with strength training. Now, I love the strength training programs that are created for me because they are unique to my needs. In addition, the programs change monthly, so I don’t get bored from the same routine. I am so grateful for the personal training involved because the trainers are so encouraging and are wanting the best for my health. One of my favorite classes is Functional Fitness with Natalie because she makes the classes fun and changes it up weekly. Best gym ever! I love the 1:1 training with the trainers. They are all super knowledgeable and friendly. The classes are great. I have no complaints! I am healthier than I was prior to joining this gym. I couldn't have done it with out the support of everyone. I love going to a smaller gym where you get to know the other members. I've been at Uplift for about 9 months. I started with the personal training and really appreciated how much they listened to what I wanted in the program - it felt completely tailored to me and what my goals were. I recently decided to take a step back from strength training and focus on a different program for a few months and it was easy and seamless to transition to the membership without personal training until I'm ready to go back to it. Uplift is such a great value compared to other gyms in terms of the membership costs - either with or without the personal training. I also love that I can access the gym when it works best for me - I'm often there later in the evenings and sometimes have it all to myself, which I love!

I joined Uplift with my daughter as she was looking for an all-women gym. We saw recommendations for Uplift and haven’t been disappointed.
She is back at school, but I’ve continued going. Really appreciate the judgement free zone, and the variety of workouts.

I joined Uplift Guided Fitness about 13 months ago and I'm very happy that I did. My goal was to get stronger and be more consistent going to gym, and that has been easy to achieve due to great trainers and guidance. I feel much stronger than before I started, and I have been going to gym 5-6 times a week. I love the atmosphere; for women only, wonderful and friendly trainers, and the guidance I have received. I love Uplift! Women only- I’ve never felt more comfortable during my workout. The weight machines are custom designed to work with my petite body. I’m 5”2’ and they adjust to my size. I have enjoyed Uplift as an amazing Fitness Center for over five years! I mostly appreciate the individual attention I receive from my skilled trainer. This past year after recovering from shoulder surgery I returned to the gym. The workout plans that my trainer designs for me for further shoulder strengthening are a natural continuation of my PT, in addition to the full-body workout she gives me. I always find the comfortable environment at Uplift very refreshing.

I joined Uplift Guided Fitness 17 years ago because I loved the idea of a women's only gym and I wanted to get in better shape before I had surgery. Well, I have never left. That's how much I love Uplift! The owners, Chris & Jill, and all of the trainers are excellent, knowledgeable and dedicated and make all of the members feel so welcome. They also keep the programs fresh and interesting.
Members receive regular one to one consultations with a trainer for their periodic program changes tailored specifically for that person. Nutritional counseling is another great benefit that is also available to everyone.
I enjoy being able to work out with weights but also enjoy the various group fitness classes that are designed for all different ability levels. Plus all ages of women are invited to join Uplift. I find Uplift Guided Fitness to be a very supportive and diverse community of women.

I've been going to UpLift for about 9 years now. Before that, I had never lifted any weights. My exercise programs have been tailored to fit my goals and needs. I've had my share of injuries from activities outside of UpLift (sprained ankles, strained back ligaments, pinched leg nerve, broken ribs, etc. and the trainers continually find a way to accommodate my healing and occasional limitations. I enjoy the variety of classes offered and the many new things I have learned. I especially appreciate feeling valued and the caring that comes from the staff.

Joined in March 2022 looking to increase strength and lose weight after 2 years of COVID slump. My BFF and I joined together and did a 10 session personal training package to keep us on track and accountable to our goals. So far I am down 20 ish pounds and feeling great. (Would have been more but I got back to back illnesses in the spring which set me back). Really enjoy the gym, the trainers are wonderful and helpful, and the women who also attend are generally friendly and helpful too. 10/10 would recommend to women looking to join a supportive fitness center without having to share equipment with a bunch of “gym-bros”.

Uplift is so much more than just a gym. I started at Uplift about 5 years ago and it truly changed my life. I was hooked on cardio and not seeing results and wanted to switch it up with more of a focus on strength training. I got results and so much more. A membership includes built in personal guidance and routines as well as advice on healthy eating and recommended tweaks to diet, if that is something you’re looking for. I moved out of the area and was in all honesty so sad to leave Uplift. Cut to present day, post 2 babies and some extra weight and bad habits that spiraled during the pandemic and I knew exactly where to turn to get back on track with nutrition and fitness. I signed up for Uplift’s 21 Day Healthy Habits Program, as I could still participate from my location, and once again Uplift over delivered in service and results. This place is truly one of a kind. They have my complete trust and confidence.

I began at Uplift Fitness after falling a couple of times. I had recently retired and was looking for my new normal. Classes were easy to attend and the women were friendly and inviting. Even though the pandemic made things somewhat difficult, Chris and Jill found accommodating ways for us to continue working out. They’ve helped me get stronger, which, in turn, gives me more confidence in my day-to-day living. It also helped me lose 30 pounds, which was not my goal, but a very nice side benefit. Uplift, an all women’s health club (which is so awesome as it takes intimidation out of those initial days of starting new at a health club as a middle aged woman), is a wellness life changer for me! I stabilized my osteoporosis...proof driven by my bone density scans, and also learned healthy lifestyle nutritional changes to make this a long-term, lifestyle way for me. I love this gym!! The fact that it's run by women for women is awesome because the people in the gym are just like me!! Having trainers on the floor and guiding you through your workouts is great. And making sure to change things up every few weeks keeps you from getting bored. This place is a one-stop shop with nutrition, resistance, cardio, classes and massages. Love it!
