I started working with Victoria as my personal trainer over a year and a half ago and it has been a wonderful experience. Victoria is very knowledgeable and supportive with each step of your health journey. After having bariatric surgery I was stuck not knowing what the next steps were in my health and weight loss journey. I found Victoria through someone I was following on Instagram who also had the same surgery as I had and was finding great success with with her training/coaching!
Over the past year not only has she has helped me accomplish significant & successful weight loss, I have gained nutritional, mindset, sleep, movement, and self assessment habits that are allowing me to feel alive again! I have a new lease on life and feel for the first time I truly know myself better than ever!
Victoria is well educated and knowledgeable for someone who is a bariatric patient ( or anyone who wants to build lasting health habits). She is patient, kind, and extremely encouraging!

Victoria has been a fantastic trainer for me so far! It’s done wonders for me for the almost year I have been with her, mind and body! She’s great at knowing when to push you and challenge you. I have been working with Victoria now for almost nine months. I have reached my weight loss goal and achieved so much more than just weight loss. I never thought that at 50 years old it would be possible for me to look and feel as good as I do. I can say without a doubt, my success has come from her support and direction. I have tried several times before to lose weight and get healthy and have reached my goal, but this time it’s so much more than just weight loss. I know this time will be the last time! I have alway been active and reasonably healthy but I just never was able to achieve weight loss, toning, and nutrition. Victoria has been that missing piece.
I love that she offers so many options to customize your fitness/health journey to you. Victoria is very knowledgeable and is always there to answer any questions or concerns. She is firm yet still compassionate and supportive.
I would highly recommend her for a person any age, male or female, that is looking to lose weight, get toned, or just get healthy.

Victoria is a fantastic trainer. She is incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of fitness, nutrition & body mechanics. If I have an issue with muscle soreness, she has always has multiple stretches to help alleviate the discomfort. Victoria truly motivates me not only when I’m working out with her but she also motivates me to maintain my weekly fitness schedule. I really enjoy the variety of workouts she provides in person or on the app.

I have been working with Victoria for about six months. I have learned so much from her. I like her approach. She’s very body positive. In a very good way, she’s not like any other trainer I have worked with before. She’s very educated and professional but she is also friendly and easy to talk to. She listens and knows exactly what your body needs to be healthy and strong. She’s approachable, not intimidating. She’s helpful, and teaches you things that help you along your journey. Working with Victoria has made all the difference in achieving my fitness goals! I’m 52 and literally in the best shape of my life. Victoria is extremely knowledgeable and super fun to work with. I have worked with other trainers and they do not help you with every aspect of fitness the way Victoria does. She will give you the whole picture; from proper form, nutrition, and everything in between. Having been a personal trainer and Pilates instructor, ironically with Vicki many years ago, I knew who to reach out to for help when I reinjured my back a year ago. I've had 5 major surgeries, including lumbar and cervical spine fusions. Vicki is extremely skilled in how to modify both resistance and Pilates exercises to benefit my body and mind. Because she knows me well, she knows where, when and how to challenge me which allows me to remain healthy, mobile, mostly pain free and very physically active. I have worked with Vicki on and off over the past 10+ years and consistently for the past two doing lifting and Pilates. She does in-person as well as virtual private sessions and customizes a routine for each person based on their goals as well as what equipment they have at home. :-) I have several issues with my spine and she modifies exercises so that I remain comfortable throughout the workout. Her personality is upbeat and fun, with none of that stereotypical "TV personal trainer" yelling. She is motivating even coming through a screen! I highly recommend all of her services!

I have been training with Vikki for the past 5 years. She has helped me with strength training and now Pilates :) I love the one on one Pilates private sessions and get to move through movements on 2 reformers so there’s no downtime when flipping them. I have been doing Pilates throughout my pregnancy and it’s been great. Vikki has helped me with nutrition and making it personalized to my body and activity level. I have been doing Pilates and personal training with Victoria for a year now. I had a really serious injury to my leg and PT came up short with my rehabilitation. Victoria created a personalized program that worked to the point I am hiking and doing cardio again! Something that my PT said wouldn't happen. Kiwi and Shadow are a great bonus too!
