About the Club

Well Fitness Studio is a boutique gym, that is all about community. We give you a more personalized experience with smaller class sizes and more hands-on instruction. We are invested in you, your goals and your success.
We offer a variety of group fitness classes including, spin, upper, lower and full body strength classes as well as 1-on-1 and Group Personal Training sessions.

Well Fitness has been a wonderful addition to Northfield. The group fitness classes are engaging and varied so you never get bored. Tina is friendly and knowledgeable. I have learned a lot about strength training since starting at Well. If you are looking for a great workout in a welcoming environment, Well Fitness is your place!

Impossible to overstate how transformative training here has been. I showed up injured and disengaged, thinking of my physical body as a pretty unimpressive container for my brain--that is, when I thought of it at all. My sense of this, probably my whole sense of self, has transformed over my two years of work with Tina, the direct result of her attentive, deeply invested, and always creative approach. This is a treasure of a place run by a treasure of a person.

I am so grateful to have found Well Fitness! Tina is welcoming, clear, and very knowledgeable. Her full body strong class is fast-paced and always changing so I never have time to get bored. I work way harder in her classes than I do when weight lifting on my own, but the time goes much faster. I am finishing my first unlimited class pass month (a great deal!!) and feel stronger than I did at the start. This town is lucky to have Tina!
