Great concept. Horrible execution. I called and followed the instructions in the 2 minute greeting, which is to go to the location and sign up using the kiosk. Ready. Went to the kiosk, signed up, paid, no access to the gym. I left two messages for their "support" to contact me, to let me into the gym, or even just a live person to call my phone. No response. I do not exist as far as Whenever Fitness is concerned. There were 3-4 trucks parked outside. It seemed like an abyss - lonely and desolate.

Edit: I’ve been working out here for many years now. It pains me to do this, but I have to decrease my rating. Currently, the AC does not work here and it is dangerous. There have been moments where it gets as hot as 84+ F. It can be a heat stroke danger, especially if you’re pushing yourself in that cramped, humid environment.

Furthermore, a lot of equipment is broken/poorly maintained and does not work. Especially in the cardio room. The gym gets cramped in the free weight area and they could remove unused equipment to make more room. I hope they make these changes. Particularly with the HVAC system as it does pose a safety risk.

They have a lot of great, varied equipment too so you can do serious workouts or light workouts depending on your comfort level. I highly recommend it as it's also a local business!

Not the greatest gym but manageable, cable machine desperately needs maintenance. Drinking fountain is in the worst possible location. Also one shower gets warm and for the love of god put a bench in their to help with getting ready after the shower.

Not a great gym to be honest! Weight go up pretty heavy but it typically about 60° in here an dhave been here when it was as low as 57°... so plan on bundling up to stay warm and if you sweat you'll get cold!! Also a lot of the equipment doesn't work and is broken and has been for months!! It would take very little effort to be a very nice 5 star gym but management clearly does not care about it!!

If I could rate it zero stars I would. This is the most disappointing gym in the area. Half the equipment is either completely broken or malfunctioning. The water fountain puts out cloudy water and the water vending machines don’t work. No customer support.

Fantastic ownership. Unfortunately, my job and hockey schedule prevents me from using this gym. I had to cancel and was told that they couldn't find my paperwork. I did have a copy that I saved. long story short they cancelled me with no problems. It's that kind of ethical standards that I expect with those I do business with. I would be happy to go back here when I my schedule allows it. Thank you Whenever Fitness!!!

I actually love this place but 3 stars because it's already a small place, but, the aerobic room is closed at 5 or 6 pm. ....why is it called Whenever fitness if you can't use that room Whenever? Great staff...great work out equipment....the price matches what they offer. But it is disappointing that anyone that works out after getting off work can't access the other room. I got a really cool scale when I joined!! That was awesome.

I have been a member since 2012 and I was so lucky to run into this place. It is almost like my hidden hide away. I have a 4 year old and the kids area has allowed me to be more active and have some peace of mind once again. The staff is positive, caring and ready to challenge you. The facilities are clean, well cared for and large enough that you are never waiting for a piece of equipment. I did a personal training session and while I was getting my butt kicked!! Crystal motivated me and made sure that I didn't hurt myself but enough to feel it the next day. I had a back and knee issue and since being at the gym that is much better, I have lost 60 lbs and feel so much better inside and out.
