Iβve been working out at this gym since 2019 & now itβs 2024. No gym beats this gym! Workout room, sauna, pool, tanning beds, red light therapy, etc. All this for less than 60$ a month! I am beyond devastated this gym is closing down! Planet Fitness is NOTHING compared to Xperience Fitness. I am very unhappy that I am going to be forced to find a new gym to workout at. I had plenty of experiences here & I am genuinely in a state of grief.

Best gym Iβve ever been to in my entire life, canβt believe planet thinks Iβm gonna work out at their gymπ€£. All of the workers at this gym are top tier- just to name a few elijah louma, Kevin gomen, junior norse Gabe hicks-stohl, Nik Ruiz-cota, grace, Clare, prince is also a goat, James a great gm,, Tristin Swanson. I know Iβm forgetting some people but I love all of them. This is devestating that the gym is closing down

I had a membership here for two months. Compared to other gym memberships I have had of this price range, the club is really dirty. Iβve heard members talking about lockers constantly being broken into and my own locker was broken into three times within a month. I do not recommend this location.

The gym close at 11PM. The staff shut half of the light off at 10:30PM. It's so dark that it can become safety issues when trying to lift weight under that condition.

Despite all of us having the same benefits to my knowledge, thereβs a whole $50/month discrepancy between our rates. One of my friends pays $30/month and the other $80/month. I was paying $60/month before leaving due to price. Worth the price? Meh. Itβs a good gym, not $80/month-good.

Love the place. Just two comments/concerns: 1) The handicap shower soap dispenser did not work. And the benches in the locker room could have been longer. Existing seating is inadequate. The workout floor is very well equipped, well taken care of and laid out perfect. I just talked to another member, I'm 78. He's 83. He went to experience for a couple of weeks in a row and he told me regarding the showers. The soap dispensers are even not working, or they're always empty and he was not happy with the room in the locker room. so apparently nothing changed.

So instead of the manager apologizing about their poorly updated system. The manager told me to pay in cash or I leave.. The disrespect is unbelievable.

Update...after dealing with them, came back with nothing. Of course the kid signed the agreement right. They said paying every 2 weeks for gym membership is normal. I disagree.

They have been charging double of what my high school daughter signed up for. I thought they would be very clear on their payment terms. Charged twice a month, and they have refused to refund. Not acceptable.
Review your membership a few times. Their presentation does not clearly state, the payment is every two weeks.
The place responded saying..that is their normal practice...billing twice a month. Are all members seeing that? I never ever know of any place that charges twice a month. ( I have a Lifetime fitness membership). They were not clear about this when they signed up my daughter and charged me twice for 8 months. Honesty the best policy.

No contract Gym with some of almost everything. Main floor has weight training equipment and lots of cardio options. They have Yoga, spin, HIIT classes. Coaches are available. There is a 3D scanner, cryotherapy, tanning, red light, compression, lap pool, sauna.

I moved here from out-of-state and joined in April 2022 and was happy with the place.
Imagine my surprise when I got my credit card bill 8 months later and saw the price increased 36%! I called and left a message with their corporate office - but never received a return call. So then I called the facility directly 6x in a 3 hour period. Each time, the phone rang and rang and rang and then finally disconnected me. My 8th call was to their financial office support (appeared to be out of the country) and this time a real person answered. She looked up my account and she had no idea why my rate had been increased - so she put me on hold and called the facility herself. She came back to me and told me that they were not answering her call either and recommended going directly to the facility to talk to them.
Two days later, I did that. I spoke to Jack (the manager) and he said everyone was sent an email months earlier alerting them of the price increase. When I told him I never received an email, he admitted many others had told him the same thing. He said they were short-staffed and that likely was why the phone wasn't answered. So... basic services are reduced but the price is increased. Entirely disgusted with this facility (I've never experienced this at any other gym), I told him to cancel my membership. I'm just going to purchase my own equipment and work out at home. Shame on you Xperience Fitness!

Lockers do not work at this location (flaw in design). Leave nothing of value in your lockers EVER. I've had my locker broken into (while actually locked - 2 times). I know 2 others as well that have had things taken from here. I filed a police report and CRPD says they get a lot of calls/ reports for the CR gym.
This location has become a high schooler hangout. They've reduced hours (no longer 24 hours) reduced the number of locations (2 of which I used refularly, reduced number of class offerings, no longer have access to some amenities that were at locations they closed. I tried to call corporate 3 times - never got anyone on the phone - left 3 messages about my concerns and never got a a single call back. The kicker? They are raising their prices now too.
Went from my favorite affordable friendly and convenient community-like gym to a liability where I have to worry about getting my things stolen.

This isn't a bad gym by any means, it has all the amenities and equipment one could ask for. The staff are friendly, and the people who come here to exercise are great. The issue with this place is that it's overcrowded. It gets to the point where working out is almost impossible. I've gone at different times of the day and it's always still very busy unfortunately. A plethora of individuals come here to hangout since this is the most popular and affordable gym in the area.

I have had a few stops and starts over the past few years due to covid, etc, each time starting back up with a trainer and making decent progress toward my strength and weight goals; however, my latest several months working with Lyndsay Hicken have been even better: I am back to what I weighed in my 20's (2+ decades back) and feel as strong as ever! The workouts are tough and rewarding, but it is also the education on form, techniques, and the muscles we are working that I value.

I am so unbelievable appalled at their customer service. I stopped going here back in December because I became sick. When I signed up they told me I could cancel online never told about any cancelation fees which the MANAGER was who helped myself and my ex. Only problem i was never given access to anything online. Ive never gotten an email. In January I went in to cancel my membership. They said no problem. Here I am in July getting a letter saying I owe over $400. What an absolutely horrible company.

I came to this gym specifically to train with Lyndsay H. She is the best trainer I have ever had. Highly recommend! However, I have been really surprised by the overall quality and cleanliness of this gym. It is a great gym and has an excellent assortment of machines and free weights. Would highly recommend - one of the best Xperience Fitness gyms I have been to (I've visited/used a few other Xperience Fitness gyms in the Roseville region).

This location is beyond amazing. I started working out here in March. I started my free personal free session with chloe, and invested in the person training continuing with Justin. I first have to say what a clean friendly none judgement gym. I started off with goal of getting healthier with 3 months in working with justin who is an amazing personal trainer I went down 30% fat up, 30% Lean mass. I am a bigger guy and that is an accompishment for me because I am also disabled he sticks through the thick and thin, my biggest supporter. If you are considering a gym this is it don't pass go beyond amazing nice and outgoing.

I joined this gym in January 2022 directly after being given a tour. I expressed interest in joining this particular gym because I really liked their Kids Club area, and I even had my toddler son with me so he could see it. After talking extensively about Kids Club with one of the staff members (asking about hours, staff, how it worked, how to reserve a spot, etc.) I decided to join on the spot. The person who signed me up failed to inform me that a membership was also required for any child that was to use Kids Club (I learned this on my first day when I asked where to check-in). I take full responsibility for not asking a direct question, however, I do believe this information was omitted intentionally. The person who signed me up claimed to be one of the managers, and this didn't seem like a mistake a manager would make - especially since I signed up in person with my toddler, and I literally said "Yay, (my son) is going to have so much fun in Kids Club." When I inquired about the cost of a Kids Club membership on my first day at the gym, I was told it would be an additional $15 a month. That's a lie, it's actually $26.77 a month after they tack on all the "cleaning fees" or whatever. I don't appreciated being lied to, whether directly or by omission, and I feel duped out of my money. I've frozen my account, I will likely cancel it too. They also charged me during my freeze period, but I was able to have that corrected very quickly. Just something to look out for on your bank statements.

I was very pleased with this gym. Definitely another one of my favorite ones. I was in town for a few days and they we're kind enough to let me have a one day free pass. This gym is so different than others, I'm saying this because I've never been to a gym with a pool inside of it. All their equipment is top of the line and they have very clean lockers and shower rooms. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking around for a good permanent gym.

I used to very much enjoy Xperience and loved the gym. Now that I have been a member for a few years, things have unfortunately gone downhill. There have been thefts from the lockers that have locks on them, thefts from cars in their parking lots, lots of arguing over sharing machines or free weights. The gym has now become packed after Xperience in Blaine, MN has closed. After about 2 pm till later in the evening, the gym is packed with teenagers from school coming for social hour not really even working out and making it near impossible to find somewhere to be to get in a workout. Many of the employees don't sit at the front desk to assist any of the members with their issues or questions, half the time anyone can walk right in without scanning or even being questioned. I saw some high-schooler bring two girls in with him just to mess around of the gym equipment with these girls obviously not being there to workout playing on the machines and in the free weights. There are too many people at this gym location now to have any form of comfort to workout in this gym. I used to love this place but now it is just a complete zoo. I hope things change soon but I would say it is not worth being a member for this location anymore.

I really like this gym, the staff is great, the place is clean. But, yes theres a But, i have been with this location right after it open, stayed with it during Covie, the problem, I have called corporate last fall, asking when are you going back to 24 Hr (Mondays thru Friday night). They said they hoped my the new year thats 2022, when they get employees, well now the end of April, hope they go to that soon. Or we might have to move on.

Great cardio machines, large space, the weight room is nice, but could definitely be larger. When it's busy in the evenings expect to wait to get into the weight room space. Friendly staff. My lower star rating is for cleanliness. I've used truck stop locker rooms cleaner than this place. Idk who cleans the locker rooms but they're disgusting. There is a constant amount of hair and water in the sinks. The hand dryers always have splatters of yellow beneath them, and there's gum and garbage on the floors, and don't even look at the toilets! If you don't need the locker rooms it's a great gym.

I have nothing against gym. Tried canceling my membership 7 months ago, called and spoke with billing department, they said to cancel it I have to send an email, I remember that I have sent an email! And since I canceled it 7 months ago I have never been back to that gym. Today I checked my bank statements and I saw that they have been still charging me for the past 7 months! I called them back, they asked me if I have an email proof confirmation # that I canceled, and I could not find it, so she said that since I donβt have a confirmation # of cancellation they will not reimburse me. Very simple scamming strategy! I was wondering why I could not just cancel over the phone with them when I called 7 months ago? They were able to cancel it today over the phone! And confirmation email I got from them today was different from the one they told me to submit my cancellation request today

Not even gonna cap with you guys this gym is a zoo now idk who leaked that this gym is good because ever since November everyone and there grandma all of a sudden comes to this gym.Itβs really not a big deal tell we got the Facebook mom chest flies with 5 pound dumbbells on the compound bench then proceededs to update her blog on healthy fitness well the other benches be taken by some 1980s power lifter or a group of teenage kids.basically this gym is good this is no hate intended but warning to all new people itβs a jungle in there.

They greet me every time I come in and as I leave. They have a good set up and variety of equipment. A major thing for me choosing this gym is the sauna and the pool and they are both amazing! I have been to a couple different locations and they are have relatively the same set up. The gym and the locker room are also very clean.

Would highly recommend Xperience and their personal trainers. I had joined Xperience fitness this past early spring (2021) looking for a change of pace and some extra help to meet my fitness goals. I have trained with Oumar who has been incredible! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive with helping me make progress on my muscle building and weight loss goals, and has been a rockstar at keeping me motivated when I have my periodic ups and downs from life. Since Oumar has been recently promoted, I am now training with Laurel who has also been amazing! She has been a wealth of personal training knowledge, and has been able to really help me improve my form and technique, so I am never just going through the motions, and am always creating that mind- body connection.

I recently decided to check out some gyms and decide which one would work best for me. A few factors I was looking for: good free weight area, tanning, and comfortability. Xperience has all three! Free weight area is spacious, tanning beds are available, and Iβve never felt so comfortable at a gym before. Right when I walked in I was greeted by people who genuinely wanted to help me. I decided to sign up for a membership and scheduled a βwelcome workoutβ with Devin. I almost canceled, but Iβm so glad I didnβt! Devin made the workout fun and comfortable, something that most gyms can NOT do. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to begin, or resume their fitness journey :)

Personal trainers are often expensive but every single trainer in here is more committed and stubborn then any excuses you can bring in this gym. They'll have you improving muscles you didn't even know you had. Q room here is intense but fun. The body scan helped me figure out exactly what to focus on (I apparently have a leg slightly longer than the other with more muscle). If you have commitment issues try here watch TV while you jog so you can lie to your body if you have to but whatever you think you're capable of rock it!

Terrible environment. The manager has harassed me over kids room policies that change daily because they can't keep it staffed due to high turnover. Also they have harassed my gf on multiple occasions trying to sign her up for personal training including shaming her. I've tried to contact cooperate many times and they never even replied to my messages. I would avoid this gym at all costs.

Signed up for a "free month" trial as I have been looking to join a gym and this was closest. Have been charged 84$ within the first week. I asked to cancel through the email and was told it will be 129$ to close an account to a gym I have attended for less than a month. PLEASE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO JOIN AN AFFORDABLE GYM LOOK ELSEWHERE! Customer service can't do anything and you will be bounced around only to be told to send an email to corporate. If you are young, living on a budget, or not made of cash, don't sign up here. The only thing getting bigger at this gym are corporate's wallets, please avoid this gym.

The gym was cool when it first opened up, now itβs always packed , people just sitting on machines using their phones instead of the equipment! Sometimes they will get up and say sorry but not too often. This clean thing they speak if Iβve hardly ever seen the staff do, customers do more if the housekeeping. Oh and the hours !! Whatβs up with that ? Saturday night close at 6pm .. every night of the week the hours suck so if you work past 5 find a different gym

I went in to get a quick workout in today (Friday) at 7:35pm. The gym is supposed to close at 8:00pm but the doors were locked including the sliding door. They purposely didnβt want people to come in and use the gym they pay for during regular hours. I got to my car and saw multiple people walking out the exit door (which is locked from the outside) so it obviously wasnβt closed for any other reason. Plus multiple cars still in the lot. A workout can be done in 20 minutes so please tell your employees to STOP locking the doors before scheduled closing time. This happened today, June 4th, 2021. So please tell your scheduled employees on this day to stop locking the doors early.

Went in and cancelled my account in March of 2020, wrote out a cancellation letter on the spot, was told it was taken care of. Didn't realize they continued to bill me until I changed my credit card in May of 2021... and they said I owed them money!
Apparently they managed to "lose" the cancellation letter at the facility - and that is my fault. Changed their tune and said I only owed annual dues, which are "paid forward, not back," so I can cancel (again) now without having to pay them... but of course no chance of a refund of what they've billed me after the first cancellation.
Unfortunate because their facilities are pretty good and I enjoyed working out there.
Buyer beware.

During this pandemic people are supposed to wear masks and schedule appointments to workout. Two things that are apparently not followed here at xperience fitness. There is no social distancing other than βcertainβ machines are shut down. I understand that you as a company cannot follow this to a T because staffing , but you could at least attempt. I am severely disappointed in the lack of precautions that are being followed and maintained. For those of us who wear our masks and schedule appointments this is a blatant slap to the face. But oh letβs social distance the lockers...gotcha

While Xperience is a nice facility with GREAT group fitness classes, their customer service leaves me wondering why I even bother with a membership. It's such a headache to keep up with their membership policies and incorrect charges on my account. And no one at the physical location seems to be able to help. Instead, issues are re-routed to a corporate office or ABC financial which are also impossible to contact. Even after talking to someone working the front desk to confirm that my membership would be frozen this fall, I'm still getting charged and having to jump through hoops to get my money back.

They came back charged my account $670 for both contracts, and when I got an email stating it was the manager Alyssa mistakes the GM Trevor then used both contacts to keep money! Shady!! I have been a member at this club since it opened and have experienced at least three bad experiences. One was with a staff member when I wanted to look at the Q room, he bared my way and was rude. One was with another patron who took up a whole bench and was rude to me and my service dog was accused of messing on their floor when I know he didn't. This is not a senior friendly, service dog friendly place. My advice is go somewhere else.
