Brought my son here to get faster and have better footwork for Football and Wrestling. Brett and Brian are awesome! They have a plan to make your athlete better and it works! My son was All State this year in Football and Wrestling. Thank you Xplode!!

If you are looking for a training facility that has REAL results Xplode is the facility you need to be at. If your athlete wants to achieve goals, be motivated and pushed beyond limits he/she never new existed, look no further. From beginner to advanced athletes the trainers treat you with respect and really push your limits to be the best version of "YOU" not the athlete next to you. The results for my sons (baseball, hockey, football) over the last 3-4 years speak for themselves. More importantly is the value and self discipline/self respect or learning how to train the right way; stretching, nutrition, form, etc. and how that has carried through work-outs outside of Xplode...thank you Xplode Team. My sons would not be were they are at without all of your support/training.
