I recently moved to the area and am so grateful to have found this space of alignment centered yoga. I wasn't sure how to sign up online, so I just showed up and felt more welcomed into a space than I have been in a long time. I love that it's in the Northrop King building - it's fun to be in an artists space, there is ample parking and it's quiet! The instructors know what they're doing, no bells and whistles. Just deep nervous system work meeting you exactly where you're at. I found a comfortable new home to practice!

I can not speak highly enough of Laurel's classes! Her attention to alignment is extraordinary and the way she structures the flow of her classes has allowed me to take my practice to an entirely new level. Its truly inspiring! If you have found yourself injured from previous yoga practices, I encourage you to schedule a one on one with Laurel to see how yoga can be safe, rehabilitating, and fun!

This business might be defunct or a scam. Showed up for a class listed on the class schedule on their website. Studio door was locked and no one was around. Emailed the “contact us” email address on their site asking about the class, no response. In any case, I wouldn’t trust the class schedule they have posted on their site.

I started here as a student and totally fell in love with Laurel and they way she keeps her studio and how she teaches. She's studied everywhere old - school yogi style and you can tell the difference when you're in the hands of a teacher who has both experience, and understands how to apply yoga to you and your body. This is not a canned service. Full disclosure I now teach at YG because I love teaching in a studio that encourages exploration and personal study of how yoga applies to each of us - of all the teachers I've worked with in my 12 years of study, Laurel and the team are among the best I've learned from and worked with! It's a warm community. ✨⚡️
