Yoga North is a healing gem for your nervous system and spirit. The practices are integrative and calming to help you move forward in this world. Today’s practice with Molly had the theme Summer Kindness! And it was so lovely and exactly what I needed. I encourage anyone to try this yoga. All abilities and experience levels are valued and attended to.

I would subtitle the class "100 somayoga uses for a chair." Ann is gifted teacher, knows somatics in her bones and can personalize a class for each participant. Very useful and practical work with chairs. Who doesn't sit in a chair? Probably most of us sit more than we want to. While sitting there, I can do some healthy somatic work.

I always feel better physically after attending a class at Yoga North. I also feel more educated so that I can incorporate new things in my home practice.

Mellow vibe in a PT clinic with sufficient room and props for our class. Molly is gentle and thorough in her guidance through the Soma Yoga experience. No previous experience required.

Great class! I love being able to take a Yoga North class online. I moved from Duluth and it made me feel connected to the Northland again. It was also such a treat to work with Jodi again. 🥰🥰🥰

Wonderful class, so thoughtfully organized and coordinated throughout. I so appreciated the gentle nudges to notice the influence of different movements on my body; I felt softer, more supple, and gently strengthened at the end of the class. Thank you!

Yoga North is amazing...great teachers, staff. My experience was life changing. I now own a studio and teach Somatics and Therapeutic Yoga in my community. Thank you to Yoga North teachers, and owners Ann and Molly for the training I needed to change careers and do what I love!

Yoganorth is the best of its kind. It focuses on therapeutic and soma yoga with some basic Hatha. No more Ashtanga or Vinyasa. This is the place for those who believe that "Power Yoga" is an oxymoron. The yoga practice at Yoganorth is pure, gentle, and loving. It is integrative and builds strength, flexibility, and balance while unifying body, mind, and spirit. This is not the place for people who want a fitness workout, who want to sweat, or huff and puff. Go to a fitness center or an aerobics class if you want that. The organization seems to know who/ what it is and is not veering from its True North.
