I've been practicing here since they opened, and I always come away from class super glad I came! It's a beautiful place to practice. I often attend beginner classes and still feel like I got my yoga on at the end of it. I get to see how helpful and hands-on the staff (Elsa) is with beginners. It is an unpretentious and knowledgeable place to get some real yoga in Alexandria

Yoga One is an incredible addition to the Alexandria community. Elsa is a phenomenal teacher - she challenges you yet meets you where you are at. The studio is also beautiful; you leave feeling relaxed yet energized. I cannot share enough good about Yoga One!

This studio is beautiful, warm, and welcoming. The teachers are knowledgeable, kind, and so thorough. I have been taking classes since this past May and am looking forward to deepen my practice with these dedicated instructors. I have attended classes with out- of-town students who loved their experiences and commented how fortunate we are that Yoga One is part of our community. I agree!!

I love Yoga One! Elsa is a wonderful teacher. I started coming with very little experience and after a few classes I felt much stronger! I would highly recommend Yoga One for everyone, regardless of age or ability. It is such a wonderful and clean facility with beneficial classes that teach yoga from the basics to really advanced techniques.
