Yoga Fit in Roseville has been the greatest program I've ever joined. I didn't realize how much stress I am under, and the impact doing yoga has on your mind, body and spirit. The instructors in Roseville are top notch. I've gone from being a beginner to Flow 2 in a mater of months! They have changed my whole outlook on life! It's addicting. Thank you Yoga Fit!
