Obsessed with YogaFit! A great variety of classes and they are not too hot where you think you are going to pass out. I genuinely become friends with the instructors it’s the best part of my day! I also went to some of the “puppy yoga” classes and they are the absolute best. I won’t stop recommending this place!!

not exaggerating when I say this yoga studio changed my life. I got a free class thru my apt building two years ago and ended up taking Megan’s Monday night barre class religiously. I got stronger and more confident. It opened me up to embracing a healthier lifestyle! Ashok was always more than friendly and accommodating and dedicated to making sure members feel like part of the community. As a person of size, not all studios and classes feel the most inclusive or welcoming, but this place is an exception. I moved out of the city and the saddest thing about it was leaving this place. Definitely go! Ps the pop up classes are super fun and cool as well. Thank you for everything, YogaFit Uptown! And Megan and Ashok!

I just signed up for yoga fit. I had finished the 1 week trial and had a great experience. I tried a variety of classes ranging from yoga flow to BURN with a mix of cardio and strength training. They have amazing instructors and people who help with easy scheduling for classes. I'm excited to continue exploring what this place has to offer.

I only have great things to say!
I have been a member at YogaFit for almost 2 years after a friend of mine invited me to one of her classes (she got 2 passes a month to bring a friend, which you can get if you have a monthly membership).
The teachers/trainers are all so nice and welcoming, they do their best to get to know you on a first name basis, and help you push yourself to do your best.
The studios are always super clean, and they have additional yoga mats you can borrow if you forget yours. There are small details that are also appreciated like free tampons in the bathroom and free hair ties by the studio entrance.
The price are extremely reasonable, especially when you compare to other yoga/workout studios that offer these kinds of classes.
They often organize events/special classes at additional cost like puppy yoga that benefits a local animal shelter or fundraiser classes to help support different causes, which is such a great thing to do as a community.
I have to leave because I am moving out of state but I can only hope I find a place as good as YogaFit in my new city!

Love love love Yogafit. I was recommended to try the classes at Yogafit through a friend. I was a Corepower member for years but after trying a free week at Yogafit I instantly switched. The membership was almost $100 cheaper than what I was paying at Corepower and the quality of the studio and the classes are great! The barre classes are my favorite! The owner is extremely communicative and so kind. They do a lot of community-based activities such as puppy yoga, a run club, and outdoor yoga in the summer. Would 10/10 recommend Yogafit!!

I can't say enough good things about YogaFit! I was looking through the window at the Uptown location and the owner, Ashok, opened the door and asked if I had any questions. He gave me his phone number and said if I tried it out and there was anything I didn't like or wanted to see differently just to call him. From the first class I was hooked; the instructors are knowledgeable, respectful, creative and fun. The variety of class types and levels at numerous locations, days and times makes it easy to find a class that fits your needs. The studios are beautiful and oh-so clean, and the price is super reasonable. I quickly learned Ashok is a leader with a kind soul who truly cares for and looks out for his instructors and members. While I wasn't looking for a community, I found one and am so grateful. Thank you, Ashok and everyone at YogaFit.

I love taking classes at YogaFit! The instructors are amazing and classes are really very challenging, but not too intimidating either. The studios are always immaculately clean. I feel very comfortable in their spa-like environment. The owner is so involved and responsive. Great place to be.

I've been a member for over a year and really love YogaFit. There are many different class types, but burn is my favorite. Instructors typically do the same routines for a month, so you get a chance to get comfortable with and practiced at the movements. By week 3 or 4, I feel like I'm crushing it, and then we get to move on to a fresh new routine! The studio is clean, and the instructors and members are friendly. The price is hard to beat, and it's well worth it.

I just signed up for a free week and will be starting a membership here. The owner is really communicative, and I've had a great experience so far. The instructors somehow knew me by name and remembered me which was really sweet. I enjoy the barre workouts and the facility is nice and compact. The classes are great and easy to follow, lots of modifications offered.
The one piece of feedback I have is that the music situation is a bit awkward. I understand giving instructors freedom to play their own music + how BPM aligns with intensity, but it can be hard to hear the instructor's directions over the music. I have noticed several times they've had to talk at an uncomfortable volume. It seems like they're always going back and forth to adjust the volume in the middle of class. I would prefer house/electronic music since I would be able to hear the instructors better and provide a more consistent feeling across classes. Perhaps a spotify playlist like "yoga electronica" or "high energy yoga flows"? Again, maybe it's just me, but I have a hard time getting in the zone or meditating listening to Harry Styles or pop hits. Nothing against anyone's tastes! I just think it may be valuable for a studio to maintain a certain vibe.
Hope that was helpful, and again maybe it's just my preference! I have totally loved it so far.

I love this yoga studio. It has an intimate and personal feel and the instructors are wonderful. The owner has also been super communicative and helpful. I love how there is a variety of class types, such as a more traditional yoga flow but also more strength based classes that use equipment like yoga burn. The studio itself is very nice and clean, with bathrooms, space to hang coats and store personal items, and equipment to use during classes like weights and resistance bands. I am relatively new to the studio and to yoga in general, and they have made me feel very welcome and comfortable!

Like all the other reviewers, I highly recommend this studio. It's more than a yoga studio - classes include weight training, HIIT workouts, and the barre classes are no joke- it is an intense class that resistance bands/equipment for a serious workout. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly (no snooty/humorless vibes like some other barre studios in town), and the teachers know their stuff and want to help each student get an effective workout. Studio is spotless, with thoughtful touches like hair ties available. Most classes are low-impact, and they offer modifications for fitness levels. Don't be fooled by the marketing materials - the classes are for all ages, and men too!

I have been a proud member of YogaFit's Uptown studio for nearly a year, and I can confidently say that joining has been one of the most rewarding choices I've made. The studio excels at creating a sense of community, where every individual is embraced with warmth, kindness, and understanding. Not only is the workout experience exceptional, but the carefully selected instructors play a pivotal role in ensuring an extraordinary journey.
For someone like me who struggles with sticking to a workout routine, YogaFit was a wise investment (if i can say so myself!) that effortlessly boosted my energy and happiness levels. The studio's transformative workouts left me feeling invigorated and filled with joy, making exercise an enjoyable and rewarding experience. YogaFit truly provided the perfect solution to my fitness struggles.
I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to give YogaFit a try!

Went to a YogaBarre class and it was seriously one of the best workouts I've ever done! I'm still sore and it was 3 days ago! They are so professional and welcoming. You can really tell they love what they do and are well-trained for it. The teacher was amazing and the owner, Ashok, is incredibly warm and sweet over email. I had a scheduling issue that he resolved in seconds and gave me a week of free classes for my trouble (which was no trouble at all). 10/10 recommend!

Love the instructors and the community at the uptown location! They were the reason why I decided to join 3 months ago and everyone gave me a warm welcome. Love the fact that they added some heavier weights as I suggested. Probably the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to and they are so accommodating, and friendly. I would 10/10 recommend this yoga studio!!

I went to Genevieve's YogaRestore class last night and had a great time! The studio is large, clean, and organized. I loved how she set the tone with calming music, dim lighting, and always speaking gently. Genevieve guided us through the class well, making sure to offer several modifications for each pose. If you're experiencing stress in your life, I highly recommend trying out a YogaRestore class!

I love ALL of the YogaFit Studio locations in Minneaplis. The instructors are all kind, fun and accepting people. They have fun playlists, options more/less intense movements and really meet you where you are at. All studios have a variety of classes weather you want to relax or want a cardio driven exercise. The studios are very clean. The owner Ashok is extremely kind and helpful. By far the best studio in the Twin Cities!

Long-time YogaFit fan and I had to try their new studio — the verdict: I love it! Reminds me a bit of the Loring Park one (my fave) but just a bigger studio and more spacious overall. Parking wasn’t a hassle either, which for Uptown, is saying something! Will definitely be back to this studio

I joined YogaFit 7 months ago, and have been going multiple times a week ever since! It’s reasonably priced, and feels like a luxury (nice studios, little touches like getting-ready supplies in the bathroom, free totes, etc). The instructors are great and they keep classes interesting with changing workouts and music. I’ve never been able to commit to a workout regimen, but find myself going 3x/week now and loving it.
Edit- Booking through the app is super easy, and the staff/owners are also helpful and accommodating with any questions that pop up.

I love YogaFit studios and their new Uptown location does not disappoint! The studio itself is a great size and the studio space, lobby, and bathrooms are always well organized and clean.
The teachers are super friendly & welcoming and always eager to greet students by name. They’re also great about asking for feedback after class to improve/customize future classes to the students’ requests.
The variety of classes & class times is perfect for me too - my favorites are Barre and Burn, but I like to mix in a Flow or Flow 2 class too.
I’ve recommended to several family & friends who have joined and attend regularly as well!

I recently moved to uptown and got very excited to have a YogaFit Studio pop up so close to me! I had never heard of them before, so I gave them a try during their open house week and bought a membership right away! I really enjoy that I can choose between a yoga class or a fitness class all in the same studio and for a pretty affordable price. Also, the owner of the studios is incredibly personable and extremely helpful! He is always available and his only goal is that you have a great experience in his studio. YogaFit is definitely worth it if you want a nice variety of class styles in an amazing atmosphere!

What a gorgeous new studio! I love yogafit - as a long time member I appreciate seeing the same caring teachers (some of whom are my friends now) and getting access to a variety of workouts with my one membership. From intense cardio and lifting classes, like HIIT and Burn, to ballet barre, to Vinyasa-style flows for all level yogis, all the way to the meditative stretches offered in Restore classes - they allow me a diverse daily practice unlike other studios or gyms. Also, members can access the studio to work out on their own time (utilize the weights / equipment and pump your jams while doing video classes) as YogaFit is a Snap Fitness franchise. Which means I can choose from all 5 locations to find the time/class combo that works for me and the mobile app/website they use for booking is so convenient! And since franchises really are small businesses, it’s pretty cool to see how involved the owner Ashok is - you’ll probably run into him sooner than later and he’s a great guy to chat up. Anyways, can’t say enough nice stuff about Yogafit and also this fresh new Uptown studio, with its two bathrooms, ample cubby space in the classroom, double full mirrored walls and gorgeous high ceilings. Definitely drop in to try a class and say hi if you run into me!
