Love yoga with Shaila… what an inspiration. The yoga retreats in Japan and Costa Rica were amazing. Great to go somewhere with a fun group yoga every day!!!! I stretched and relaxed in ways I’ve never experienced before. Shaila has great personality and the knowledge to help every level of yoga. Just do it NOW!

I always learn something new at Shaila's classes, and they are challenging and fun! The students are dedicated, kind and friendly people and it feels like a yoga family to me. I always appreciate the authenticity and depth of knowledge Shaila brings to us in each class. Her teaching is functional yoga...it helps me move better, stronger, and smarter in my everyday life and will keep me active and healthy for years to come. Thank you, Shaila!

For older and creakier adults, it's inspiring to have an instructor who "feels your pain" and who is committed to helping your body do what it can. I love Shaila's enthusiasm and quirky conversations. I like that she's always prepared with props if you forget yours. My yoga sessions are mostly at the Falcon Heights City Hall. It was fun to do yoga in the council chamber!

I’ve been taking Shaila’s Falcon Heights yoga class for over 15 years. Besides the physical benefits that I gain from her long experience as a yoga teacher, what keeps me coming back is the way that she enriches my life. She shares her passion for the practice and her knowledge of body mechanics with humor and a contagious vitality. And as with all great teachers, she continues to expand and evolve her own understanding, while preparing a different practice for her students each week. Highly recommended for a yoga practice that is both physically and mentally challenging and rewarding.

Smaller classes plus high quality instruction equals personal growth in your yoga practice. Individual adjustments to poses for your body and your experience with yoga. Just bring a mat and all other props provided. No permanent studio means less overhead and thus very affordable personal instruction.
