Changing my life one breath at a time! The instructors are patient, understanding, and nice. The Space feels open and welcoming. There are a variety of classes to keep you stimulated. I would recommend that you come to check it out and experience Yoke in your own way. Keep up the good work 👏

Lauren and her team are kind, caring and have wonderful classes. I would be a regular to this studio if I lived closer. Definitely a community feel to the studio and the members. You can tell all the staff and even the members are friendly and caring. How can you not love a warm, welcoming and small business/women owned yoga studio?!

I don't often join new fitness classes for fear of being the oddball out. I'm not a beginner, but definitely not in the best shape of my life. What struck me most about Yoke’s approach is the very present “come as you are” vibe especially in their virtual classes. You’re seen and supported but also empowered to work out at your level—and it’s definitely a good work out!
Comfortable. Accountable. And the right amount of challenge.

My experience at Yoke started with a warm and inviting space in the studio. Everyone there seemed so happy to be there and I felt immediately welcome. I attended a barre class that really pushed me to work hard for the whole class without even realizing how much I was pushing my body! Great experience and Lauren is a fabulous instructor!

Was tired of the corporate/fast paced Yoga scene in The Cities and wanted to support something local and more personalized. Well, I found it! Yoke is a great small studio that serves many ages with various classes of yoga, barre, cardio, small workshops on nutrition/stretching/etc. With the pandemic, Yoke was able to be flexible and provide live online zoom classes so you can still go in person to the studio or stay at home and “log-in”.
All in all, looking to exercise while also feeding your soul — give Yoke Fitness a try. Lauren and the other teachers are just good people.

One of the best things I decided to do when moving to St. Paul was join Yoke Fitness. I was nervous at first because I’ve been to studios where I feel intimidated and uncomfortable. Not the case at Yoke! The community is people of all shapes, sizes, ages, etc. and the teachers are warm and friendly. All classes can be modified to fit your fitness level and their approach focuses on mindfulness and self care. When the pandemic hit, they immediately pivoted to zoom classes and being able to attend virtually made a huge difference in my quarantine experience.

Yoke fitness is an excellent place to get a great workout, receive quality instruction, and to feel part of a supportive community. Yoke’s excellent instructors and diverse schedule provide ample opportunities to get into and stick with yoga and barre classes. I love this place.

Convenient location that does both yoga and barre. Has all the same amenities, classes, and benefits as the larger and chain studios, but workable class sizes for the instructors to personalize the workout a bit and give attention to all the students in the class.
There are often off-site workout opportunities at the nearby Keg & Case too.

Yoke Fitness is awesome! I have been waiting for a studio to open that has both barre (fitness) and yoga offerings. I am happy that I have found this in Yoke. The yoga instruction is some of the best in the Twin Cities, always focusing on the spine, correct form, and the mind+body connection. I like active yoga styles that also get my heart rate pumping; at Yoke, there are a mix of practices so I can always find what I am looking for. The small-studio and community feel is also refreshing after experiences at more 'corporate' studios. I highly recommend.
