Julie from Your Time Yoga is the best! She has taught me so much and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I have done both private individual sessions and group in-studio and online classes. She teaches to all levels and gives options to adjust poses based on your needs for the day. Her explanations are easy to understand and follow. The biggest gift she has given me is the ability to breath deeply and slow down. My strength and balance has also improved. I am hoping to age well and Julie at Your Time Yoga helps with that!

I can't say enough GOOD things about Julie! Meeting her right before Covid was a true blessing. Her online practices helped me immensely mentally and physically during that uncertain time. Since then, I love and look forward to her online and in person classes. Not only do i finish Julie's classes feeling completely refreshed and invigorated but what i learn in class stays with me all day. She's taught me to slow down and breathe and it's made such a difference in my daily life ( and my sleep!).
Julie is a breath of fresh air and positivity and by far, the best yoga instructor I've ever had!

Julie's yoga classes are like none I have tried before. She has taught me to listen to my body and how to slow down. As someone who is a "doer" slowing down was really hard for me, but this type of yoga has allowed me to do that. I never imagined that tuning into my body would have so many ripple effects on all parts of my life and I am forever grateful that Julie came into my life. The in person classes are gold, but I tend to do online since it fits my schedule. I can't imagine Julie's yoga not being part of my life.

Your Time Yoga is AMAZING! Julie is incredibly patient and encouraging - if your looking to yoga poses for specific ailment of the body, she is the person for you! I highly recommend Your Time Yoga to anyone looking for a new yoga home or even for beginners like I was! You will not find a place that truly cares about you and will welcome you in like family.

Julie's Your Time Yoga kept me limber through the pandemic when online yoga was the way to go. And let's be clear: it's way more than just excellent yoga. Julie offers life-coaching along with the stretches. She is all about accepting one's unique gifts, owning one's own power, and letting go of the old unnecessary baggage that no longer serves us well. Julie is a genuinely positive person who loves to share her passion for intentional living. I feel strengthened body and soul after each session. And honestly? I still really like rolling out of bed and onto the mat (rather than into the car), so I'm grateful for Julie's ongoing online option.

How fortunate I have been to participate in Julie's Your Time Yoga classes for the past 7 years. My weekly class and the one-on-one specific moves Julie created for my appropriate physical capabilities have enriched my life tremendously. Your Time Yoga has everything I am looking for in a yoga studio. Julie is warm and welcoming and takes away any beginner uncertainty, especially during my first visit.
Her professional studio is fully equipped, no need to bring your own mat, blocks, bolsters, etc. (unless you want to of course). I love the size of her classes, small, so you get individual attention when learning and practicing poses and suggestions for alternatives or pose adjustments.
Since I am a beginner, I appreciate that Julie is right there explaining poses and breathing and I don’t have to try to learn by looking at the instructor in front of a large class. I have learned a tremendous amount in the short time I’ve been going to her studio and I feel the benefits of improved strength, balance and flexibility! I also like the variety of classes she offers: beginner, flexibility, beginners flow, high energy flow, yoga for golfers, men’s only, etc. There are classes for every interest and ability.
I highly recommend Your Time Yoga; I only wish I could give it more than five stars!

This is a small class that gives me individual guidance when I am in need of it. It is close to my home and has a nice flexable calendar of classes. Julie, the instructor is easy to follow and has a most pleasent personality. I am finding my flexability!
