When I was attending, I would’ve given it way more stars but when I stopped going, I stopped paying Whenever I contact you about this, I inform them I was no longer interested in going Continued to bill me And now they have lawyers Contacting threatening me with a lawsuit. The day that I signed up, I asked what if decide I no longer want my gym membership. Will there be any problems ? Are They still going to try and charge me she said no that won’t be a problem They shouldn’t continue charging just stop the payments

A great clean place to come workout at! Hannah, her staff and trainers are very knowledgeable with what they are doing here. They definitely let know what you’re there for and explain to you perfectly what you’re signing up for! Best place in town to workout at with little wait time at the machines!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have never been to a gym where nothing, and no one worked. They’re about four or five people that came around the same time that I did to try to get in contact with somebody who worked there and there were no employees and it was three hours till the staff hours were supposed to end. I have never had this many problems with one place.

This place is wonderful. The staff is fantastic. They are willing to help and they all go out of their way to make sure your gym needs are met. There is always someone there to greet you with a sweet friendly smile. The environment is very nice and the place is always very clean. I cannot say one bad thing about Anytime Fitness in Brandon. Keep up the great work. Thanks for always making my gym experience great.

At 7:28 pm on 12/3/24 a young man working at this Anytime Fitness called me, cursed me, and then hung up in my face. This was after I didn’t answer the phone call the first time. I called back and asked to speak to a manager afterwards and the same young man said he dialed the wrong number and hung up in my face saying there was no manager. This is no coincidence as I was scheduled to do a tour of the facility and they have had my number for a little over a week.

I have been a member of this gym for over 10 years. The previous staff was rule & disrespectful. This gym cancel my key card without telling me. Because of me on the phone. This use to be a wonderful gym but I just don’t know anymore.

Best in Brandon.

I’ve been in the larger gyms in the area and do not like how close everything and the crowds—especially when they are there to socialize and not workout. They are just taking up space.

Been a member at AF Brandon for around five years. Have had great trainers and the staff is available and friendly. When I have had issues they have addressed them quickly.

When there was a change in ownership about two years ago, things were a little off for a while now things are quickly back on track and running smoothly. I have made several friends at the gym and I enjoy goin almost daily.

If you’re looking for a gym, that has a good variety of equipment, friendly staff in a great location, then this is the one for you!

I've been to a lot of gyms but the Anytime Fitness in Brandon was kinda amazing. I mean it's a big square space with all your standard equipment but the layout of the weights and machines was as if a structural engineer and a mathematician got together over drinks one night and broke out the straight ruler and abacus and meticulously drew up plans to have everything placed perfectly.

At first I didn't even realize it, it's not like it's a sterile layout with all straight lines and equal spaces but more that everything has exactly the right amount of space that it requires so nothing feels like it's too close to seeing else but also organic in it's distance that it is seamless without a disconnect. And it's not something the photos can really express.

Very feng shui but so subtle, like Howard Roark leapt from the pages of The Fountainhead to try his hand at gym layouts.

If you've ever been to a gym where ppl and equipment are literally on top of each other or nothing but cold dead chasms between, you might appreciate why Im geeking out about this place.

And maybe it's just an infinite monkeys with typewriters situation where they just got lucky that everything is golden, regardless, awesome workout and if you're in the area definitely a place considering working out. You can't imagine the gains you can get with a calm mind brought by your surroundings.

Good water pressure in the showers and a well kept gym overall so I highly recommend.

Very poor customer service and rude individuals manning the phones. Asked to speak to the owner Mr. Hall in regards of business. Was told he was not in..I asked to leave a message, the individual then started speaking to me like he was the decision maker for the business running the show in rude tones. Showing great disrespect. In the middle of my leaving the message he simply hung up on me. I will not be doing business with this facility now.

This place is a con. When you sign up for a automatic bill and pick your day for them to take it out they take it out weeks before, or days and when you want to leave after your contract is over they will give you the run around and will not let you cancel. I was told I had to cancel a month in advance so I tried that they said go to their main office . I am in Brandon, no prob I went to Madison where they said to go. When i went i was told oh the person who does that is not in. I call their customer service and they tell me nope you have to go back to the main office. I go back after i call to make sure the person is there and i tell said person i will be there in less than 30 min. and all that had happen to lead up to this. They said ok. I get there amd that same person says oh the printer is out of ink so I can't print the forms. I said well that's fine because im not leaving her office until she gets ink and while she does that I will be calling the better business Bureau. Go figure the next office has ink she said and she can send it to that printer. No no no anytime fittmess ever. My best friend could not get them to cancel hers either after her signed contract was up she canceled her debt card and got a new one for all the stress they did to her. Because she went thru the same hoops I had to.

I assume this is the same as most anytime fitness 😅 but they have a nice variety of equipment that will be able to help target generally any area of the body you're focusing on. Free wifi. And working equipment! I've been disappointed plenty by other work out places who's TVs on the treadmill didn't work, or there were missing pieces of where something should have been. So this is a win win for me! Sore after working out too. 😫
