Gym itself is fine. The customer service is down right awful. I travel internationally for work, and I lived in Mexico for most of my contract. I tried going to the anytime fitness in Torreón, Coahuila and the fob didn’t work. There was emails exchange trying to get it to work. I talk to the facility there and they were like you home facility needs to fix the fob issue. The whole issue was going no where. I have a business trip planned to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The fob doesn’t work there and I was embarrassed when the other guys I worked with entered no problem. I was frustrated with the membership because I can’t get gym access anywhere I go. I stayed up multiple times during the night (time zone difference) to call when they had office hours and never once got someone to pick up the phone. I return to Mexico from Vietnam. I visit my girlfriends family in Cuidad de Durango, Durango. Fob doesn’t work. I eventually get a hold of the office and they want to charge me for another fob. That pushed me over the edge. I completed the agreed upon contract, but it was never “anytime” fitness because every time I was international, it never worked. After I completed the contract (currently traveling within the US), I am still getting billed and I made it clear that I no longer want their services. I have tried call numerous times and I never get an answer. It doesn’t matter the day or the time. The service is absolutely garbage.

As a truck driver I get to visit a lot of gyms in north America and let me tell you this this is the worst anytime I've ever been to. It's dirty 2 elliptical didn't work and the biggest thing that made me mad was they don't have showers. Good this the hotel in town let me shower

They are now charging 20 dollars to put up weights if they notice not racked. Water fountain stay broken. Takes awhile to fix equipment from owner.

It's a great place for a workout the ones that run it keep it clean and disinfected. The people that go there are very friendly. And there's a trainer on sight. It's a great place.

Small gym that I visit while in another state on vacation. Extremely clean. Has enough equipment to get your needs met. To do things in a timely manner depends on the number of people in the gym with its small size.

Nice clean gym, reasonably well appointed albeit very small, open 24/7, thermostat/AC works so you can adjust temperature to comfortable. Expensive.

A convenient place to work out. Most of the cardio machines have TVs, which is a nice touch (helps pass the time when you're working out). Seems like there are always 2 or 3 which are broken down, which is likely normal at a gym, but it's never super packed so there's always a machine available. My biggest gripe is that there are no showers. That would be helpful. But, it's not a bad place to work out.

This "gym" HAS NO SHOWERS. I guess they think it's ok to work out, get all sweaty, and just go about your day dripping with sweat. I drove 30 miles to work out, but I can't because they have NO SHOWERS. This place is worse than useless.
