No matter your age or fitness level, you can get a great, head-to-toe workout at ATC Olive Branch.
We have a large free weights section, and our cardio section is larger than other gyms. We also have pre-weighted barbells that cannot be found at every ATC Fitness gym, in addition to Life Fitness cardio machines and a huge selection of weights.
ATC Fitness has 2 levels of memberships, Basic and Premium. Basic membership will get you 24/7 access to your location, with no price increases and no contracts. Premium includes all of Basic, free tanning, free daily of our new HydroMassage beds, and unlimited use of any ATC 24/7 gym.

I do stand by the one star cuz the place has everything needed as far as equipment. However, because of the being lied to about canceling the membership with no penalty and the way the billing is handled here. If you got another option for a gym I’d suggest going with that

I have been going to the Olive Branch location for over 5 years! The facility is always clean, and the equipment is well maintained ! Anytime I've ever noticed a problem with equipment, I'll say something to a manager on duty, and they'll always come and check it out! All the staff are always friendly, and all the new treadmills and other new equipment are really nice!

I love ATC! I've been with ATC for many years. I switched from Spottswood location to Olive Branch location due to moving from TN to MS. The only complaint is that ATC in Olive Branch is not as clean as Spottswood's ATC. Other than that, I love the variety and quantity of exercise equipment!

Tried to cancel my membership because I had been in the hospital having heart surgery. They still haven’t canceled when I asked them to. And gave me no help. Closing my bank account was the only way I could, hurting my credit. They don’t care about their customers/ members. I do not recommend ever being a member here.

Atc fitness is your basic gym for a low price. The people there are overall friendly and helpful, not just the staff but also the clientele. It's got plenty of cardio machines such as ellipticals, treadmills, a few stair climbers, and plenty of bikes. They're heavy weights go up enough for just about anybody. It is fairly well kept and clean however not having paper towels in the bathroom is a pain in the butt. Overall it's a decent gym and I've been going there for a couple of years.

I have been going to this gym for a year now and it feels like home.
This gym still has plenty of machines for aerobic exercising and weight lifting. I have been using the weight lifting machines more now and they are worth the membership fee. The other members are extremely friendly and helpful.
It is the people that make this place special. The staff ensure that all the machines are clean. The gym is never full when I visit. There is always an available machine for me. I love that the place is open 24 hours a day.

Clean facility. Staff super nice and very helpful. BUT !!!! Beware, they'll charge that yearly fee without reminding you. Caused a mess in my checking account. I wasn't even going anymore due to pandemic. I asked to be refunded for the yearly fee and was denied. Cancelled my membership.

I have only been during hours when staff is not available but they have a good amount of machines so I have always been able to use what I am wanting to use when I go in. The only downside is I wish the treadmills and elliptical didn’t have the big tv on them. The tv is too close to your face so it gives me a headache even if it’s turned off. I want to be able to have it open in front of me so my eyes don’t hurt from the closeness of the screen.

Wow these tanning beds dont play. I went for 10 minutes and got burned. I actually got out at 9 minutes because I was burning. I've bee. to other tanning places and never got burned the first time like this.

ATC fitness in Olivebranch Ms definitely gets 3 stars. The reason is, their staff isn't too friendly, the machines aren't clean, (I can see mercer all over them) and the machines aren't to safe at times. I've been on one of the ab crunch machines and it just broke and almost sent me tumbling to the ground.
A couple things I will say, the patrons that work out there seem to always be very friendly and will help out if you ask. Bathroom seems to be clean, and the tanning booths are pretty clean.
All and all, it isn't too bad of a place to work out. You definitely get what you pay for.

It is confusing when you go from one ATC to another and they have different setups. It is even more confusing when the bathrooms are in reverse and you accidentally walk into the females thinking it is the males. Luckily, I got away with that with relatively few bruises and mostly just my own embarrassment and some friendly laughter. This location is pretty nice and I do like the showers being quick to heat. The equipment is satisfactory and the gym goers seem to be nice.

Been going here for a couple months. Overall, great gym. Wish there were a couple 45lb bumper plates to make deadlift load and de-load easier. Appreciate the 2.5lb weights that help with programs like 5x5. The details matter and ATC Fitness takes note of that.

Gym is very convenient to home and work. It has its moments when it's busy but for the most part you can get in and out. Plenty of equipment to share depending on what you are working out that day. Great environment and not too many Arnold's!

Joining was quick and easy. It is clean and well kept inside, with all the equipment working. I tried the tanning beds and it was obvious they had been clean and sanitized before the next use. Definitely a good choice if looking for a gym. It does seem to be popular so it's sometimes crowded. However, it doesn't have the "yoy must already be in shape to work out here" feel at all.
It is a 24 hour gym. Staff hours are not 24 hours though, so if you want to tan or sign up, you will need to come in while the staff are present.
